Thanks for all the interest guys, I'm sure I will have as much fun doing this as you guys will 
Generally when I calculate costs of making a figure, I generally charge more for the time spent on it, as I spend a lot of time on these, but sometimes the figures are a bit pricey, but I'm constantly searching for deals on eBay and such, and try to buy in bulk when deals are good. So I basically try to calculate based on both my time spent on them, and by the parts I will have to use for them.
I think with all the people who have signed up so far I may choose the February winner soon.

I decided to pick the February winner now. I may do more than one for this month, it will just depend on how much extra time I will have this month.

PJ, I should be finishing up your custom this weekend, I think you'll really like it.
And a suprise for a couple of people here, I made a couple of other random draws around the time (and after) that I drew PJ's name, and have been secretly working on some stuff in my spare time. & I'm going to give out a large bust that I made in December.
