that's just a stock date, like every book coming out this month that doesnt have a date yet is listed as 12/23 but yea its out you can order it from tfaw or midtowncomics |

I'm buying my comics from ebay and from UK-sellers - I'm living in Europe and it's more convenient for me to buy that stuff from European sellers. Well, I've just bought it - my seller has changed the date 9.12 = 12/9 by the American standard. 
And neowhobaz thanks a lot for the heads up!
