I think that satsu is a japanese name also her fashion sense is kinda similar to the ones that the majority of tokio girls are having ..Wouldnt be surprised if she turned out to be a 5678's fan

Oz would be a likely fit into the arc , plus would love to see him again with the scoobies...Besides we will find out if he got his werewolf problem under control

About the preview... Dracula changed, shaved, clipped his nails and dyed his hair in 15 minutes?
EDIT- Ahh, never mind. Just an illusion. At the end of Antique Dracula transforms into a lonely old man. I guess he's stayed like that since Xander left a few months ago. Antique now fits into continuity.

Yeah he can change the way he looks like in season 5 he went from Dracula to bats to a wolf, now he can change his apperance aswell. Do you think this will be better/worse than THE LONG WAY HOME or NO FUTURE FOR YOU?:)

I'm still scratching my head about the whole Buffy/Satsu thing, but I thought it was great start! The writing was so good and I'm glad it's a story about vamps. I really can't wait for them to go to Tokyo. Even though most people didn't like Dracula, I'm glad to see him back.
The preview was hilarious too! I think it will be a great arc.

I'm just pushing past it and will learn to accept it as long as it is not going to be dragged out I don't really care now, I'm over it. Joss said that it won't be stretched out over 50 issues so I'm happy, I read a headline on another forum when they were talking about the Buffy/Satsu thing it said...."Buff Eats Muff".

Haha, good ol' Perez Hilton. "Buffy eats Muffy." It is sort of annoying that he spoiled it for people who haven't read it though.
I kind of feel bad for Joss. He just wanted to make the story more interesting, and everywhere I look, people who haven't even read any of Season 8 are calling him a sell out and talking about how is ruining the show.

Looks like Dracula suddenly had a plan of some sort. I was almost going to say, "I wonder if he engineered this whole scheme with the Japanese vamp cult, knowing the good guys--especially Xander--would come to him for help, thus allowing him to feel relevant again." But if the "Fifteen minutes earlier" line refers to fifteen minutes from the final scene in issue #12, then obviously that can't be the case.
Still, I wonder what suddenly occurred to him that got him up off his chair and wanting to clean himself up...?
Also, I'm still not convinced "The Antique" doesn't take place after this arc, so the whole motorbike thing will probably tell us for sure, one way or the other. If Drac gets on and already knows how to ride it, then "The Antique" happened earlier. If Xander has to show him, then it must happen later.

I've never been a comics reader before these two series, so I constantly find myself reading it almost like a novel: focusing on the words, and glossing over the pictures and not giving them a real close look. Which means I then have to go back over the issue another time or two to see what I missed the first time around...

The whole Satsu relationship doesn't bother me. Buffy's in a new world- a world of her making- so what if she's willing to try new things; either way, though, I don't see it lasting. True love never lasts long in the Whedonverse: Buffy and Angel, Buffy and Spike, Wes and Fred... Joss likes us to get us comfortable and happy before he cuts the tendons in our legs and makes us watch as he sadistically kills the ones we love... Where am I going? Wolves at the Gate was essentially a comedy, so look for the shit to hit the fan pretty soon.
As for who will betray Buffy? Well, judging by my last paragraph, you should know what I'm going to say... Satsu. She's Japanese, the uber vamps are Japanese... I may be profiling here, but there's a chance that she may know something or be the perpetrator of the something...Just a thought.

Oz won't be in THIS arc because it is a waist of a good return of an awesome character, there is already alot going on in WATG that we don't really need Oz right now. Dracula, The tokyo vamps have the scythe, Buffy and Satsu, Giant Dawn in tokyo...what more do we need for only a four issue arc.
