Okay, I searched the whole TV/Movie subforum, and I couldn't find any threads for House. So, I'm starting one! Any fans of this awesome show? I, for one, started from season 1 a few months ago, and I'm on season 5 now, trying to get caught up to the latest season. I'm 100% ADDICTED! Anyway, let's discuss!

I've been with this show from the beginning. Hugh Laurie is so brilliant.
I'm really enjoying Season 6 so far.

You know, I saw this thread title and without even looking I thought "oh dear, Iceeh made a thread." It's that bad, Iceeh. Your obsession is THAT BAD. ...Anyway, yes, House is a pretty great show. It's certainly the only med show besides Scrubs I can stomach (Grey's Anatomy *bleccchhh pukes all over the thread*) and Hugh Laurie is nothing short of charming every week. S6 has been incredibly strong so far. We got the premiere, Broken (which, if it doesn't win any Emmys, I will be completely at a loss for words); we got the Dibala incident, we got the Zeppo-esque Wilson episode (which, again, lots of Emmys or I go smash - Robert Sean Leonard is soooo good), and we got a Cuddy-centric episode coming up this week. So yeah, I'm applauding the incredible upswing in quality since the mostly-mediocre S5. To answer future questions: S5's character drama was pretty boring and kinda random. Obviously, dealing with Amber's death took up the first few episodes, and that was pretty good, but 14 was just sort of like "what"? Then Kutner had to die so Kal Penn could go do important government things, which I wasn't on board with until House's giant hallucination arc at the end of the season, culminating in one hell of a finale. Only a handful of really good episodes, though, including "Birthmarks" when House and Wilson go to House's dad's funeral, and the long episode featuring Zelko Ivanek as he holds up the hospital and forces House to diagnose him. Overall, though, I didn't really like the season that much.

Yes, the Christmas break episode was an episode simply titled "Wilson" and was very much like The Zeppo - we saw House's cases going on in the background, but didn't follow them because we were caught up in Wilson's day. It was incredible, and Robert Sean Leonard just pulled it out of the bag like nothing else I'd seen him do before. I'm hopeful that the Cuddy episode is the same way.

I love this show too, but I wasn't a fan of the season 5 arc. It was a bit too out there for me, but I do like this show a lot.

Last night's episode was brilliant, even moreso than "Wilson." I'd certainly be down for Cuddy Season 1.

Y'know, I'm actually quite enjoying season 5. I'm about halfway through it right now, and it's been pretty good so far. Though that may just be because I'm an insane Huddy shipper, heh.

Sorry in advance for the double post, but... 'Cause working for Obama is more important. I didn't like the randomness at first, but they made it work, and the end of the season was significantly better for it in the end.

Sorry for the double post AGAIN, but I refuse to let this get pushed down to page 3. Anyway, there's a new episode tonight, after a painful month long hiatus! It starts in about 20 minutes for you lucky east coasters. The team tries to diagnose a famous blogger but discover that her insistence on communicating on the Internet about her case interferes with their ability to cure her. Meanwhile, House and Wilson each discover secrets about each other, and Chase is convinced to go on a date. Speeeeeeeeed dating. ;D

WOAH is that a digital painting? It looks so real if it is! Also, new eppysoda tonight! House and team tries to diagnose a high school senior suffering from blackouts and hallucinations, and are forced to take a controversial approach. Meanwhile, Wilson attempts to furnish his new condo, and Taub brings his personal life into the workplace. (Not a double post this time, ha! )
