I haven't played either of the previous fables, are they worth getting into? Are they both ported over to PC or should I invest in an Xbox 360?

haha Fallout 3 deathclaws are chumps compared to Fallout New Vegas' deathclaws (in F:NV I still have trouble killing them even though I'm level 30 and packing a .50 cal Anti-Material Rifle with Armour Penetrating Ammo!)
Unless you meant Fallout New Vegas (i constantly confuse the two names myself)

Oh, So is Fall out New Vegas harder then Fallout 3? Deathclaws are so annoying you get blasted by something then you look to see who it is and its an massive deathclaw. It's super scary, especially when you play the game in night mode.
Loving GOW 1&2 just amazing ... best ps3 game ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Just one deathclaw from New Vegas would eat all the deathclaws from fallout 3 for breakfast... (that being said there are "Young" and "Blind" deathclaws in New Vegas and while they are a little easier to kill than the normal NV ones they would still kick a fair amount of F3 Deathclaw arse)
Put it this way i was only on normal difficulty mode in Vegas and i remember in fallout 3 that i could kill a deathclaw fairly easily with a combat shotgun in NV a combat shotgun just serves to piss them off.

Personally, I'm really excited. The first one was fun in a mindless, guilty-pleasure kind of way.

Considering only one mortal (who has been a god himself) can hold a candle to them I'd say they're pretty hardcore.
