Wow, long list, you sure like your vampire movies I'm not sure I have seen 48 vampire movies, but I know that I like Twilight and New Moon, The Lost Boys, Nosferatu, Buffy movie, Fright Night and many of the Hammer Horror vamp films. I think I will try and watch some more though, using your list as a very useful guide.

I've seen a grand total of four of the movies off your list.
48 though. That is impressive.

I'm glad you put "Blade 2" ahead of "Blade", with the total absence of "Blade Trinity" an even more vital move.
I really disliked "Vampire Hunter D" when I saw it. I thought it was one of the poorer animes that I've seen, and prefer "Blood: The Last Vampire" and "Hellsing: Ultimate" when it comes to vampire animes (though the latter is a series, rather than a film).
One of for atmosphere and laughs that you don't have here is "Fearless Vampire Killers" by Polanski. The only other film that I've seen that isn't here is "Mark of the Vampire" from 1935. My list would also have "Shadow of the Vampire" higher and "Bram Stoker's Dracula" much, much lower. Glad to see "Near Dark" near the top - good flick!

Just looking back over your list, would I Am Legend really be considered a vampire movie? I know the book was, but the movie made them seem more like light sensitive zombies.

I consider myself a big vampire freak, and I've only watched eight of those movies! It's cool that Dracula (1931) is number one - it's such a classic!
