I love Faith and the only bad thing I have to say about this issue (aside from the wonky Faith-likness at times) was that I wished it covered more. Maybe it was because I've seen all the preview pages but it seemed very short to me.
I love that we are getting more information about the Twilight stuff. It seems like we may be getting some actual answeres soon. One quick question though: Am I correct in assuming the creatures who came to take the body away of the Slayer Genevieve killed was the same type of creature that Buffy dreamed about?
__________________ Regarding Tara--I never liked her so I'd obviously hate it if they brought her back. I think her death was best thing she contributed to the show because it was shocking so unexpected.

The Beatles are a classic so i would think Giles would have been a fan of them in his days.
I was thinking the same about them demon things that took away the slayer. Hope we find out more about them during the arc.
I wouldn't say Tara was a cruddy character, she was great her and Willow where meant to be, well until she died and all.

Well if there's no more Tara, hpefully we will see a little more of Kennedy. In her entire existence she's had like fifteen lines. She might actually be an interesting character if she gets to do something.

She might actually be an interesting character if she gets to do something. Yeah. I would really like to know what happened when Kennedy was dead "for a month". I want to know what role Amy and Warren played in it. I actually think Kennedy could have been a good character. She still can be, if she ever gets any time devoted to her in the comics. I finally read No Future and I have to say I loved it, I still think my favourite issue so far is The Chain though. The Faith & Giles chemistry was great. I feel bad for Faith, she hasn't spoken to Giles for over a year and he only comes to see her when he wants something. I'm really curious now to what her relationship is like with Buffy and the rest of the Scoobies, if she's been in contact with them since Sunnydale and also what happened between her and Robin. I have a feeling there is still going to be tension between them, although I thought they had put that behind them during season 7, it could have been for the time they had more important things to worry about and they need all the help they could get. I also feel that Lady Genevieve isn't really evil, she was shocked when she killed that Slayer and seemed upset by it. The warlock seems like the bigger bad out of these two.

i just got mine today... and there was something i was wondering...
giles: the only chance you have at finishing this slayer is by getting close to her through subterfuge and cunning. faith: hey. i likes me some kink. but if you think im going downtown on this chick. you chose the wrong chosen one.
what was that all about? maybe it's nothing. just left me wondering 's all.
anyway i loved it and im happy to see faith again :jump:

I actually think Kennedy could have been a good character. She still can be, if she ever gets any time devoted to her in the comics. I don't think so... People always compare her to Oz and Tara. But see, Oz was likable from the get-go. Tara was likable from the get-go. Kennedy wasn't ever likable. Her character is brash, annoyingly childlike and rude. A bit insensitive as well. The words that came out of her mouth just didn't feel real to me, and it's obvious she was just thrown in because Joss wasn't able to do his Tara wish on TV. Kennedy should have a second death, that should last waaaay longer than a month. I think pointy things and fire should be involved. ^_^ I know the majority of people think that, and I also agree to some extent. But I mean it's realistic, not everyone is likeable, in season 7 Dawn transitioned from annoying sister to neglected maturing sister and they needed someone to take the hate Dawn once was responsible for. Kennedy is perfect for that. I would love to have a standalone issue devoted to Kennedy and her backstory, and in the end it turns out she's evil. I would love that so much. Something along the lines of the Buffy season 8 fanfic (http://www.someplacethatiselse.net/newandfancy/buffy/season8/new-season8.htm).

The thing is, Kennedy's an adult. Dawn was a child. Kennedy filled the role of "the annoying girlfriend", and she did it quite well, she's the person who is dating one of your friends who you don't like, but you are civil with them because you don't want to hurt your friend. That's Kennedy in a nutshell.

Please oh please let her be evil, so Buffy can kill her. It would make for a good story. And it would be quite emotional if Willow had to kill her. Like Buffy was out of action for some reason.

I know I'm probably the only one, but I like Kennedy as a character. And I didn't mind Dawn when she was younger in season 5 and a bit of 6 either. I don't dislike any of the characters on Buffy really. Part of why it's my favourite TV show I guess.

I can't stand Dawn. Never could. I do appreciate the random goofyness of her being a giant for no particular reason, but I wouldn't mind at all if she fell in a giant-sized hole forever.

Totally disagree. Iv seen this alto on forums alto of people say the don't like Dawn because she was mardy and such. But she was like what 13? Thats what all 13 year olds are like then finding out your not real, people are dieing because of you and what the whole little thing that 'you could destroy the world' could kinda make your worse then a normal 13 year old then bam her 'mother' dies i think that called for some serious bad behavior!. I never liked Kennedy, i didn't like her relationship with Willow it was way too soon for her to be with some one else i think. I hope she dies or moves goes away and never comes back really, she may be a good slayer and such but i just don't like her too much.

Almost everybody has a few characters that they hate. Usually, those characters are Kennedy and Dawn. And Connor on Angel. And sometimes Riley. A few characters just seem like really bad ideas, or they were never really developed to the level of other characters.

I re-read my copy today, and I am predicting that the evil Slayer girl isn't the main villain in this arc at all (the warloc guy seems to be the one in control). Maybe she will even team up with Faith.

As far as I'm concerned, Ken has her "own space" and she can stay there!!

I don't dislike any of the characters on Buffy really. Part of why it's my favourite TV show I guess. Oh come ooooon lol. Buffy is realistic. There are tons of likable characters, and a bunch of UNLIKABLE characters. It'd be quite remarkable if you really did like every character on the show. Remarkable and disturbing lol. *coughs* Riiiileeeeeeyyyyyyy *coughs* Yeah, but I'm saying there are no characters that come to mind that I hate or dislike. I didn't even mind Riley. I don't see how it's disturbing that I don't hate any Buffy characters.
