Reading 'Clockwork Angel', which is book one in the prequel trilogy to the Mortal Instruments trilogy. Got it as a birthday present and I've been reading it slowly

I started reading a book called 'Panic' but I have suspicions that it's about mobsters, which makes me much less interested.
I'm also attempting to read my copy of SFX Worlds of Whedon, but I don't seem to be getting much time to so I've only read a few pages.

I just started Fallen. I can't remember the author. It's good so far. It is the story of a girl who ends up in a boarding school after her boy friend dies in a mysterious fire that the can't remember. I am only a few chapters in but it is good so far. I can't wait to read more.
Darth Rosie, let us know what you decide abut Freedom. I am dying to read it but I don't want to waste my time. Everyone seems to be jumping on the bandwagon with this one so I would love to hear an honest opinion!

I read and finished No Mercy by Sherrilyn Kenyon, I enjoyed the book, I wished there was more of a focus on the romance but I still liked the book.
Right now I'm reading Scandal in Spring by Lisa Kleypas.

Has anyone read Ayn Rand? I just started We The People and it's good so far but very wordy. I also bought Atlas Shrugged. I hear that Atlas is a passion project of Angelina Jolie's so I figured Ishould read it before they butcher it into a movie!

I started reading New Moon (I thought I'd give the series a shot) and then I've gotten distracted so I'm kind of reading it and a few TPB for some random comic book series one of my friends is trying to get me into.

Read and finished The Viscount Who Loved Me by Julia Quinn. I loved this one. A lot of people have recommended this author and the Bridgerton series to me and I started with The Duke and I and although not really impressed with that book I still loved the other members of the family so I was interested to read their stories and I'm glad I decided to continue to read because as I mentioned I loved this one. Kate and Anthony were great together, I thought they had both the friendship and the romance to make it a satisfying story for me. So I will definitely be reading the others.
I picked up A Clash of Kings by George R R Martin again, I had to stop reading it when it was due back at the library a couple months back. I'm about a quarter of the way through.

Just read JMS's Superman Earth One. It was a nice reimagining of the Superman tale.

I'm reading Parasite Eve. It's not that great. Just read JMS's Superman Earth One. It was a nice reimagining of the Superman tale. I bought that on Amazon, but it's backordered. It's nice to know that you liked it, though.

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas by John Boyne So far the book is really good. I know that they made it into a movie also. Hey girl, i just wanted to let you know that I disliked your post because I disliked that book/movie, not because i disliked anything you said Someone correct me if I am wrong but isn't that the story that the author was claiming as autobiographical and then it turned out he made it all up?

I'm reading Johnathan Strange & Mr. Norrell and OH MY GOOOOSH! you all need to read this. It's like a darker Harry Potter for adults not that it really has mature themes or that I think Harry Potter is for children. Basically it's set in an alternate history of 19th Century England where magic, other realms, and fairies had always been a common part of life but for the last hundred years magic had vanished. All the magicians are theoretical magicians and only study magic. It's become improper One magician questions this and sets out to find the answer from Mr. Norrell and as luck may have it - he IS a real magician!
Anyway I can't do it justice so check it out!

I'm reading a textbook called "College Geometry." Brushing up on my geometry. I'm actually more into linear algebra, most of the time. I'm also reading fanfic by Electra126. I do love my Fuffy.
