Woo. I wasn't eben sure if I was going but now I am....maybe. None of my firends like this sort of stuff, comics, sci-fi so if I don't find anyone to go I'll have to give it a miss. Is there any news on who else is going to be there. A link maybe for the website??

Totally tempted just to go to meet Nicholas Brendon and then stay for a bit then go back home (I live in Edinburgh) so it's only about half an hour to get there. How much is tickets? I used to go when I was younger and it was fantastic, the last time I went was 2004 so it's been a while. Plus It would be cool to see some slayalive people to.

Dammit, why does it have to be so expensive to travel? And who needs food anyway?

I just found this thread and wanted to add that I went to see Nick He was absolutely brilliant. Had a lot of time for the fans and was genuine and funny throughout! He answered lots of questions and talked for about an hour with us. He even did the Snoopy Dance and sang "It could be witches...." I got a photo with him...made my month hehe It sits proudly displayed in my room, need to buy a bigger frame though I think.

Stayed for most of the day and managed to bump into Nicky when I was leaving haha,he spoke for a bit then we parted. Tragedy lol Im curious to see what the December Glasgow Collecormania line up will be. Hopefully someone from the Buffyverse

Ohhh I never new that Tony was there. Well at the first. That's really promising then Hopefully we will have a nice little surprise in store for us then hehe. I know that the website has put up a few guests already (I think it was two previous Dr Who's) so we should find out soon enough

That sounds great. Doesn't seem like he's as popular as James in Europe(damn Torchwood), so he had time to talk to the fans. If I had known this I might have skipped James in May.

Yeah he doesn't seem as popular which is strange because he seemed like a genuinely lovely guy. I would love to meet James though Hopefully James will come to the UK at some point and I will have the chance to meet him. I think I heard that Emma Caulfield and Anthony Head are going to Manchester at some point this year as well.

sorry to dissapoint but Emma and Tony have already been to Manchester this year in March. Emma was great. She's so sweet and gorgeous in person but really tiny!

Can I draw yur attention to this website: www.starfury.co.ukThey are doing an event next year based on Chuck, The Sarrah Connor Chronicles, Dollhouse and DrHorrible and so far the announced whedonverse guests are Amy Acker, Adam Baldwin, Georges Jeanty, Felicia Day and Jonathan Woodward. You'll have to check the messageboard as it's not up on the main page. I would definately reccomend Starfury events! Hope to see some slayalivers there!
