The roles also reverse with Buffy and Xander. Here Buffy is the tiny blonde girl who gets to be the super hero and Xander is the tall dark-haired young man who gets to be the damsel in distress.

There's loads of wonderful dialogue and character work in Teacher's Pet. Where it doesn't succeed is in integrating Angel via the Fork Vampire, which is so lame. Generally Angel is not well-rounded yet - and he is far from being the hero he later becomes. As has already been said: his most important function seems to be the good looking, mysterious guy.

Great story, it sets out Xanders luck with girls for a long time to come. And sets the tone for the girl he will eventually get, who happened to be a demon!

One of my least favorite episodes. This was just a stupid idea. A large praying mantis disguised as a woman? Please. And what good does human sperm do for a mantis? To me this episode was pointless and I give it a 2/5 at best.
Also, Ms French has a butter face. Jenny is hot!
