True enough. Conflict is much more entertaining than happiness, and Jan was the plate-throwing crazy lady who spiced up the Office.
I enjoy Oscar and Kevin. I liked their argument about whether or not Jim and Pam were actually together at the beginning of season 4. Also, getting mistaken for a gay couple at Jim and Pam's wedding was a little hilarious.

And Dundie-throwing. Don't forget about that Dundie...
I've always loved them trying to figure out if PB&J were together. I also love a bit in season five, the episode after the one where it's revealed Angela has been sleeping with Dwight. She chastises Kevin for making a mistake on a form and he, in return, tries to make her feel bad about cheating by saying, among other things, "I didn't realize I was doing such a whorish job".
I forgot about them being mistaken for a couple. I only vaguely remember that now. I was so disappointed with the wedding episode. It was kinda cliche.

Haha, yeah. I just watched something where they made Angela apologize to them for something, and she said "I'm sorry.. that you two are such morons". Which was funny in and of itself, but then Oscar and Kevin cheered over her having actually said the words. It just seems like an odd pairing, but Oscar and Kevin seem to be pretty buddy-buddy at times.
The wedding episode was a bit predictable. I thought it was funny that Jim was the one who spilled the beans instead of Michael though. And I thought it was kind of sweet that they got married on the Maid of the Mist. Andy and Kevin both had funny side stories though.

I think the whole reason they are buddy-buddy is because of their mutual hatred of Angela. Nothing brings people together like hating someone else's guts. ;D
That's another reason I hated it! Predictable! Jim was the one to reveal Pam was preggers? Wow, I haven't seen this episode in a while. What were the Andy and Kevin side-stories?

I guess it is just the three of them back in accounting, and Angela is definitely hateable.
Andy did a split, right onto his car keys the night before the wedding and tore his scrotum. Kevin left his shoes outside to be cleaned, but then they smelled so bad that the hotel staff destroyed them, so he wore two empty shoe boxes to the wedding.
So they weren't legit story arcs or anything, but I thought they were funny incidents.

Oh, yeah. Those were funny scenes! I can't believe I forgot that a character stabbed himself in the scrotum.

Yeah, it was pretty entertaining. Poor Pam had to take him to the hospital the night before her wedding.
Also, I'm really enjoying your quote of the day today. I need to update mine, but I'm having trouble finding the energy.

I forgot Pam had to drive him to the hospital. I forgot a lot about this episode, but some other stuff is coming back to me. I'll have to get the DVDs when they come out. I can't wait for this weeks episode. Can you? Supposedly, what happens is... Sabre tells the sales people what they do is the most important, it goes to their heads. In an attempt to bring down their egos, Michael steals all of their big clients. Also, I'm really enjoying your quote of the day today. I need to update mine, but I'm having trouble finding the energy. Thank you! Are your quotes just random or are they from something specific? (Like mine are all from 30 Rock.)

Wow. That sounds totally shady, but also really realistic for the Office. And all the salesmen work on commission, right? So that will totally suck for them.
Thus far, they've all been Freaks and Geeks (probably should have put that in there somewhere), but I don't know that I can keep Freaks and Geeks up for an entire month, even updating sporadically. So I may change to something else.

Yeah, I think they work on commission, so it would be pretty crappy of Michael to do that. But, I can sort of see Phyllis and Andy getting too cocky and self important. Hopefully this is the episode where Jo finally leaves. She's even worse than Charles Miner and I really didn't like him. Oh, that's why I didn't recognize your quotes. I've actually liked all of them so far. If you want some help coming up with new ones you can try going here. I've used it a few times for my 30 Rock quotes, but for some episode I just watched them real quick.

Yeah, because Jim wanted to go back to being a salesman because he could make more money on commission. I feel like you are completely right about Andy and Phyllis though. Dwight is always pretty cocky, and I could imagine Pam's ego being inflated. I feel like Jim just doesn't care enough to get all self-important over it though. Agreed. Jo just bugs me. In the last episode it was completely justified for her to be surly, because Michael can be incredibly annoying when he tries. Of course, making all the other employees stay until 8 o'clock was a pretty sucky thing to do that had very little to do with Michael. That site is way better than the ones I had found before when I was looking for quotes. I don't know why I didn't think of wikiquote. Of course, I changed my quote to Wonderfalls like, 30 seconds before you posted the link. I like Wonderfalls a lot too though, so I think I'm going to leave it up. Maybe I'll alternate by day or something. ps, karma for the link.

Yeah, Pam can get pretty cocky too, another thing she wouldn't do in the earlier seasons... Well, there was the Dundies episode where she got drunk and shoved her award in the camera and screamed at the top of her lungs. I would just tell her off if she tried to make me stay that late. Eight o'clock is ridiculous. I'm glad you liked the site, even if you decided to change your quotes. They probably have quotes for Wonderfalls, too. Just type it in. Oh, and karma right back at ya. That way, you're not stuck at "420".

After Pam called off the wedding with Roy, she decided to be the new and improved Pam. Which was the Pam that actually said what she thought. Maybe this new Pam is more boisterous and cocky? I don't know.
Yeah, but at the same time, she's the big boss. She can fire people if she wants. However, Michael did eventually stick up to her, which was good. I'm glad he stopped acting like an idiot.
thanks! I think I will search wikiquote for Wonderfalls.

Well, to be honest, I'm not too sure I like the new and improved Pam, lol. As for the Michael / Jo thing, I was so glad when he finally stood up to her. I hate her with a passion.
I just looked up The Office on wikiquote. Pretty funny.

I also prefer old Pam. Not even before she dumped Roy Pam, either. It's been the last season or two where she's gone from sweet to occasionally obnoxious.
I understand why Jo tried to keep Michael so late. That man has never worked a full day in his life. Still, it sucked, and I will not mourn her departure.
I had to check wikiquote then too, and you're totally right. It's like the funniest highlights from all of the seasons. I think my favorite line was from Toby: I don't think Michael intended to punish me by putting Ryan back here with Kelly. But, if he did intend that... wow. Genius.
I just watched the Negotiation a few days ago, so the scene is still fresh in my mind. I think it's hilarious though.

The thing about Jo keeping Michael late... If he doesn't do any work from 9 to 6, why did she think he would do any from 9 to 8?
That's a pretty great episode. I love how Angela is obsessed with asking everyone about how heroic Dwight was. I actually had to look this episode up because I forgot exactly what this episode is about and I read that starting in this episode, John Krasinski wears a hair piece after cutting his hair for the movie Leatherheads! I've never noticed before. I think I'm gonna have to go watch this episode.

Exactly. Michael sat in his office and stared at the walls for two hours. It did no good keeping him an extra two hours.
I loved that episode way more than I remembered. Angela was hilarious, and it was pretty great that Darryl kept teaching Michael black phrases that were totally made up.
I definitely did not notice that Jim was wearing a hairpiece. I wish I had seen Leatherheads. Right when it first came out on dvd I stuck it in the Netflix queue, but it came while I was on a school trip, so my parents watched it and sent it back. I was really annoyed, but not enough to put it back in the queue I guess.

Lol, my favorite "black man phrase" that he teaches Michael is "dinkin' flicka". What does Michael even think that means!?
Also, the reason why I called it a hair piece is because thats what I read called it. Now that I've rewatched the episode, it seemed to be pretty much just a wig. What is "hair piece" supposed to mean, anyway? And is it weird that out of all the subtle changes in his hairstyle throughout the show's six years, I like the "hair piece" better than all of them?

I think my personal favorite is 'goin mach 5' Michael is way too gullible. No wonder he wasted so much money on one of those email scams from a prince of wherever.
Also, I thoroughly enjoyed that Darryl offered to let Toby stay at his cousin's house, but suggested that Michael take the train back to Scranton. I think I'm coming around to Toby's side a bit more lately.
The wig wasn't at all noticeable. I guess it might look the nicest since they could do more to a fake head of hair than they could to a real one. I don't know. I'm happy with his current hair, but I prefer shorter hair on guys, so it's understandable for my part.

Michael is ridiculously gullible. Like the time Darryl told him about "fluffy fingers". XD Darryl has to be the most under appreciated character on The Office. Everything Craig Robinson says is hilarious. "Maybe I'll stay." "It's not that big..." Yeah. Now that I know it's wig, I can definitely see the difference between it and his actually hair, but for the longest time I would have never guessed. I think I also prefer shorter hair on guys. The only reason mine is long is 'cause I'm lazy.
