I heard something that Stephen Fry would be appearing, but I didn't know when. I quite liked Gordon Wyatt and with this episode coming up, it'll be interesting to see his take on the Booth/Brennan relationship, especially with the baby part

i think Stephen Fry is appearing before Brennan decides she wants a baby.

So who watched it? I thought it was pretty well done, considering. A little shark jumpy, but they explained well why Booth was seeing Stewie, and it actually was kind of sad. I probably could have done without the Stewie appearance (and I like Stewie), but overall they did OK with it.

I thought the episode was fantastic. Didn't even really care about the Stewie scenes because the other stuff happening in the episode was just so good. Brennan dropping the bomb that she wanted a baby was great and everyone's reactions to it and then with each other were what made the episode for me (especially Booth's). The end really had me tearing up as well. Some great emotion there.
One of the best episodes in a long time.

it was MUCH[/i][/u] better than i thought it would be... there was a lot less Stewie than i had originally thought. but then, i guess, it costs a lot to mesh live action and animated worlds.
the only problem i had with this episode was the trailer for next week... they showed Booth fine and boning Brennan when Hart Hanson said specifically that Booth's fate was up in the air for the end of the season at comic con last year.

Meh I wasn't really bothered by that. There was a 100% chance that Booth would be back. No reason for him not to be. It's his show just as much as Brennan's.

well the only reason i was kinda upset is because a few months ago, when we just found out about stewie guest starring, there was an interview with Hart Hanson:
i knew David wasn't leaving, but i would've liked to have been surprised.

I also thought this episode turned out very well. Much better than I thought it would, and I'm glad they tied it into all the hallucinations he's been having, and Brennan immediately picked up on it. I love that Stewie was more than a hallucination but an inner dialogue of Booth's id. He never thinks about what he wants, he's too wrapped up in giving everyone around him what they need, he really should be more selfish. On the flip, I thought it unusually selfish of Brennan to decide to have a child with Booth's sperm and not consider his feelings. Then at the end... Booth gives her what she wants.
Gah!! Listen to your heart buddy!!!
Anywhos, wasn't the end so heartbreaking?

Anywhos, wasn't the end so heartbreaking? Yeah, it really was. I especially loved the scene where Brennan first figures out that something is wrong with Booth. The level of caring and genuine fear that Brennan expressed was really startling considering the episode was mostly lighthearted in that it focused on everyone's reactions to Brennan's confession that she wanted a baby. Emily and David both had some great stuff this episode.
