Wow, that's pretty darn hot. Of course it could be worse, you could be stuck with the chilly flood conditions we got here in Maryland. I spent over half the day keeping my mother's house from flooding. The water just kept pouring in through the back door. Thank goodness it stopped raining here about 4:00pm. Anyway, the weather should go back to normal soon, hopefully for both of us.

Going to be in the 80's all weekend here in Virginia. Actually looking forward to some sunshine. I just hope the pollen doesn't get to bad.

I live in a city in Canada where we can see summers go as high as 45C and winters as low as -50C. I'm just outside of Vancouver (BC, for all non-Canadians) - where are you? We had snow!!! in Dec - March -unbelievable. Usually it only lasts for about a week here. Today was 19C (can't remember what that is in Farenheit). But sunny and the flowers are all abloom. I used to live near Ottawa - and we too had the wide swing +45C to -50 (with windchill it could be colder).

Leave it to the polar bears and the other things with the thick pelts! Coldest place I've ever lived was Milwaukee... occasionally dropped to -20 something degrees F, and I think it went as high as 100 degrees F one summer I was there. I feel your pain, Mike. Run naked... just cover up with sunscreen.

I used to live in Toronto for a time. Same thing. Freezing in the winter, especially with Lake Ontario nearby and crazy hot and humid in the summer. Boston is pretty similar though.
