I really liked the episode. Not one of my favorites, but it was still very enjoyable. I still love Coach Beiste; She continues to grow on me every episode she's in. I like Blaine. He seems really cool. And the, "Well, I don't think he's coming out anytime soon..." line made we totally . It was hard for me to tell if Sam was in character this episode. Most of his screentime was with Quinn, and most of that was making out. Every guy wants some from his girl, so I cannot speak on that part. But Sam's reply to Will about Coach Beiste, "It's not like we're making fun of her to her face," line got me irritated a bit. Again, I can't really say if this was OOC, but I didn't like that line. He did seem better towards the end of the episode, though. I'm waiting for the writer of Duets to come back on board, and see how he portrays Sam this time around; I'm hoping Sam'll have decent amount of screentime in his next episode, as he seems to be the only one of the three writers that really knows the character. -Sigh- That writer is Ian Brennan, BTW.

First off, Blaine was LUFF. <333 He and Kurt make the bestest couple. I like that Kurt has someone to relate to, now.
I loved the songs, but for once I found myself more intrigued by the plot. Bieste's situation was so tragic. Speaking of:
Totally, Wyn. I actually found myself saying "Gosh, Will's a good guy". It seems like he's reverting back to his old self... let's hope it sticks.
Sam seemed better this episode too, IMO.

I thought this was a really good episode. I was so happy to have Puck grace my screen tonight. I loved the Puck and Artie duo. The mash-up gets a tie from me. I also think it's kind of too soon for Kurt to have a picture up of Blaine in his locker. Just saying.

Kurt is still annoying and I hate Blaine, but otherwise it was the best episode in a long time. I loved the scenes with Brittany/Artie and Bieste/Will. I usually hate both of the male characters, but I actually like them when they were interacting with the said female characters. Those are two of my favorite ships now.
Sam was effing cute, like usual. I think his storyline was blown a bit out of proportion, though. There was that big speech Will gave to him that was shown in the commercial... And all he did was think something? Ok, well, he told other Glee members about it, but it wasn't that big a deal. Mike and Will really shouldn't have said anything to Bieste about it.

Kinda saw that kiss coming. Actually, saw both kisses coming. I kinda screamed at both. Well, the second was an attempt anyway. I may have seen some tongue. Just saying. The Bieste kiss was kinda sweet... though, at the same time, I kinda felt that Will didn't need to kiss her. I'm not a fan of the pity kiss. I think the very fact that he cared enough to get her to stay was enough for her. Though... her first kiss went a lot better than Kurt's... though, I guess by Kurt's definition, macking with Brittany didn't count. I like Blaine. Cute, decent singer, and it's nice to see an openly gay male who doesn't seem entirely effeminate. But that "Teenage Dream" performance... A) would have been better as a purely a cappella performance, and B) the guy to Blaine's right, slightly behind him... I understand that singing in public requires a certain exaggeration of the face, but sheesh... look in a mirror when you practice, coz the faces you were pulling were hilarious.

Saw this, and had to post it here. It's soooo sweet. We need more of this Sam/Quinn; NOT making out on the sofa. Edit- Icy, bitch, I'mma cut you, ho! Hahaha. Playing, of course. Love you, my pimp, even if you're hating on Sinn.

I loved this episode so much, especially all of the Kurt scenes. Blaine seems like a really sweet guy and at this point I really hope that he gets together with Kurt. The other thing that I really enjoyed was their rendition of teenage dream. I usually change the station when that song comes on the radio, but they did an amazing job with it. I hope next week will be just as good.

I thought this episode was really well done. It hit the right notes, and said a lot without being too cheesey. Also the music was really really good as well. I just thought it went back to some of the ways the show was before and it was really great. I don't mind the show now as much as other people do, but I still think it was nice to have an episode that is plot driven and poignant come back into the mix.

Did anyone else call Kurt's first "kiss" being from the in-the-closet bully jock dude, based solely on the fact that the bully jock dude on Buffy was also in the closet? Maybe I'm psychic, or maybe I just watch too much TV.
I thought that episode was great, and definitely agree that it was early season 1-quality. Hopefully things stay this way, but somehow I doubt it. Even around mid-season last year I thought they were doing too much awesome too soon, and then things started to feel a little forced. I hope they don't run out of steam, but whatever the case, I still love this show.

This was the first episode of Glee that I've enjoyed in a long long time. I was actually about ready to give up on the show if this episode wasn't good and then I actually thoroughly liked it. The song choices were good, the characters actually did things and were characters rather than convenient plot devices for public service announcements. I'm really like Mike Chang this season, I'm glad they bumped up his role a lot more because I found his "Stay away from my woman!" line the best of the episode.
I only have two quibbles:
1) I felt sympathy for Coach Beiste and I do like her but the idea of her quitting because some teenage boys well, don't find her attractive seems a bit ludicrous to me. I get why because she's a bit emotionally damaged but I mean she's been a football coach for how long now? You think she'd kind of be used to a bunch of insensitive teenage boys. And I mean they shouldn't really be attracted to her, she's a coach. She should have just kind of brushed the situation off, it seems a bit unprofessional.
2) Doesn't anyone else find it creepy that Kurt has a picture of Blaine up in his locker? Like really creepy. It's like from a school portrait or something. Where did he get it? They've met like what, twice now? And he has a picture of him up in his locker? I didn't find it romantic or cute I just found it unsettling. It's like the beginning steps of an Annie Wilkes or that girl from swim fan. I'm afraid for Blaine's life.
I liked Blaine but I really hope they round him out a bit more. Right now he's a bit too "SUPERGAY TO THE RESCUE!" Darren Criss is a pretty good choice in the role. I kind of miss his crazy Harry Potter wild fro hair though. =[

It is very creepy that Kurt already has a picture. He's already gone through one obsessive crush (Finn) that didn't end well for anybody. Guess he didn't learn.
