Angel After the Fall original pitch

Hey!

I´m in Germany and I´m not able to purchase the new Volume of Angel After the Fall, which contains the original pitch.

My problem furthermore is, that the volumes released in Germany (volume 1 and volume 2 and 3 within in one) don´t contain any bonus material (which pissed me off, because I´ve heard that volume one contains the original script?)

So, I would like to know, if anybody can share their knowledge with me about the original pitch.

LAwas actually sent to hell by a W&H warlock type demon. In hell is Holtz (cos thats where bad people go) also in hell is eveyone that was in Los Angeles at the time. With LA actually bein in hell Vamp Gunn and co were trying to escape to go into normal earth away from hell and rull and destroy the place becasue with there being no Angel the place was free game...more or less. Angel was going to be even more cut off than he was in the book, he completley blamed himself for Gunns death and LA being in hell. His hair was even going to be messy *shock* but Joss said a comic Angel with messy hair wouldn't actually look like Angel. He wasn't keen on the Holtz being braught back idea and I don't think Betta George was meant to be in it either but Joss sid he liked the charatcer as he read Asylum and Shadow Puppets and wanted to see if he could be added into ATF
