Most recently - Up! Good to know Disney/Pixar can still pull my heartstrings I suppose! Maybe they just bring the kid back out of me. I think I shed a tear or two at WALL-E aswell!
Lots and lots of others too, if I think about it, managed to make my eyes well up! A really great film I cried at the end of was Pan's Labyrinth.

Yeah, I suppose I was in a dark cinema so it was easier to get away with! Not that I really did, it was pretty obvious I was crying when the lights came back up! I wasn't alone at least, the two other girls I was with were red-eyed, only the guys had managed to stay stoic! I went the whole film fine - but the end did me in! Such an awesome movie. Glad someone else has seen it

Ahaha, the last movie I cried at was The Crucible. In English class. I probably would've been sobbing if I was by myself. xD

The camp 60s version with the tight, bright, man-tights that left nothing to the imagination, and gasping overacting was the funniest thing I'd seen. Everyone laughed and ripped it all the way through. But in the Baz Luhrmann version, I had to work very hard not to shed a tear in front of my whole class. They were mericless as it was.

I cry so easily when it comes to movies. The last scene with Christian and Satine in Moulin Rouge makes me bawl. The end of the Kiera Knightly Pride & Prejudice makes me sob happy tears. Love that movie.

Moulin Rouge always gets me too Never seen the Kiera Knightly P&P (AKA Postage and Packaging - the lesser known of Austen's novels) I'm a fan of the original BBC version! Classic and funny! I fell in love with it when it was first on TV and I was only 9 years old! Shakespeare in love also got me teary at the very end, though it had me laughing most of the way through. Love everything about that movie!

The only movie that managed to squeeze tears out of me was Armageddon. The ending and song just got to me. I couldn't help it

I read this article once about the different movies that make girls and guys cry. The girls list was kinda predictible i.e Titanic etc.
The big one on the boys list was Top Gun. Apparently the tragic moment between Goose and Maverick in the sea is the ultimate heart-tug for guys. Best mate comradery and all that.
Don't know how true that is?

My sister bought me UP for my eighteenth birthday last Friday. I decided to watch it in the Senior Cafeteria that day. I put my hood up just in case I shed a tear.
Watched it again later that night with my three year old nephew. Balled my eyes out again while hugging him like a teddy bear.

Another movie that brought tears to my eyes was The Wrestler. There's a scene in the movie where Mickey Rourke's character is on the boardwalk with his daughter letting her know he's done wrong as a father. He talks about how he's alone and deserves to be alone after leaving her and trying to forget her and that all he wants from her is not to have her hate him. I always get teary-eyed at that scene.

It's funny how many of the movies listed so far are films made for children. The things we do to our kids...

Watched 'It's a Wonderful Life' the other night with mum - our Christmas tradition. That always gets me crying. Brilliant film, and on many levels.

I felt like adding Up! to this list. I recently watched it for the second time and the beginning part had me balling. There are not many movies that can do that to me and I swear I just lost it. Thank God most of the movie is funny beyond that.
