A friend of mine recommended The Watchercast (http://www.watchercast.com/), and I've developed a full blown addiction. The hosts are so funny, and I've had to suppress giggles on more than one occasion while listening on the train.
Does anyone here like podcasts, and have some good whedon-related postcasts I should look out for?

I didn't even realize that there was Buffy podcasts! I've heard Buffy between the lines isn't that bad, but I haven't listened to anything. I'll listen to some others and see if any of them are good, I guess.

I have a Buffy podcast called the Hellmouth Podcast. You can check it out here... www.hellmouthpodcast.com - or on itunes It started about 2 months ago, I am going through and doing an episode by episode review of the show starting from the very beginning. I just posted Episode 9 last night for Season 1 - The Puppet Show. Hope you enjoy it!

Buffycast is an excellent podcast that unfortunately only ran for 10 or so episodes. Instead of running through each episode, they pick a specific topic of interest and talk on it for 30-60 minutes. I have found it to be a really inciteful listen . In fact, when I ran out of episodes, in my desire to find more Buffy related fan material online, I accidentally stumbled onto SlayAlive for the first time! The link is here: buffycast.com/

I do love Buffy between the lines! I'm a big Buffy podcast person, I love listening to them and try to find new ones all the time! My personal favorite is Cool, Refreshing Zima , but they only had 7 episodes(one for each season). They're supremely funny, and excellent for long car rides when you need something to listen to. I also listen to Upside Down and Halfway to Happyland religiously. I really like Kim's takes on episodes and the fact that she has guests on most of her eps. It's really interesting. I also recommend Undead America . It's a really interesting show, and there's usually always a section on merchandise, which I really like. Alyrenee is rather funny as well! Here are the links for two of the shows: www.upsidedownhappyland.com/www.undeadamerica.blogspot.com/

I should recommend one that I haven't seen in this thread yet - my friend Tabz does an awesome Whedonverse fanfic podcast called Strangely Literal Find it here: www.strangelyliteral.com/ While she features fic from all the Whedon properties, there's plenty of Buffy to go around!

I subscribed to Strangely Literal but haven't given it a listen yet, but it's Buffy so I'm sure it will be awesome. Look forward to checking it out. I never knew there were so many Buffy podcasts around!

^^ Haha, I'm listening to this now. It IS funny. I really love podcasts and it helps pass the time during my long commutes.
Watchercast is still my favorite, but there haven't been any updates since November! So depressing! I started listening to The Dollhouse Podcast and also subscribed to Echo Victor Sierra, but haven't gotten around to listening to it yet. The Dollhouse Podcast is pretty good so far. I only listened to the latest one for Hollow Men, and there's some good insights and funny commentary.

^^ I subscribed to Echo Alert but haven't checked out any of the eps yet. I've heard good things about it though. I want to check out the other Dollhouse podcasts as well but haven't gotten around to it yet. For a show that hasn't been around that long, there are a surprising number of Dollhouse podcasts available! I also recently downloaded several old eps of the watchercast through iTunes, but really wish they would update! Haven't checked them out yet, but I have heard nothing but great things. I look forward to giving them a listen. Yeah, if you can't tell, podcasts, specifically Buffy/Whedonverse related ones are my new obsession. So, keep the recommendations coming guys! I am always looking for new Buffy/Whedonverse podcasts to download and subscribe to.
