I've been creating collages for each of the Buffy/Angel characters. They have changed sizes as I went on because I have been through two new monitors. I consider them loving descriptions of each person and would like to share them with other fans of these shows. As I complete more, I'll add them... My first two are Buffy and Willow because they are the first two I made. click the link to view larger i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt199/vampslayer/willow.jpgclick the link to view larger i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt199/vampslayer/buffywallpaper.jpgI hope they mean as much to some of you as they do to me.

Of the relationships that actually were: Willow/Tara Fred/Wesley Xander/Anya Giles/Jenny I can never decide between Angel and Spike I want Buffy to be with both.... just have to be dirty I guess For ones that DIDN'T happen: Faith/Connor- for Connor more than Faith. I liked his attraction to her and I really wanted him to have a good relationship.

I love the fact that the girl stole the money and she felt so much guilt yet she never even spent the money. It's like she let that fear and guilt completely rule her life and she never got anything out of it. And I love at the end when the demon says "especially that one" and Wesley assumes it's talking about him.

I love several of these episodes, Waiting In The Wings is probably first, then Provider and then Untouched. They're all really interesting to me and moving. I don't know how others feel about it but I LOVE Are You Now Or Have You Ever Been? It's so interesting, so sad and poignant as its the first time Angel tries to be good and it goes so badly. It's also really funny in parts and I think Angel is sexy in the 50s. That decade really suits him. I love retro things so that really helps too.

Yes, but remembering and feeling are two different things. Illyria is her own person with her own pride and her own memories, but she seems to be able to share Fred's feelings as well as her memories. Maybe that's just how powerful our memories are, or maybe it's describing what our soul is like because I believe Fred's soul is IN Illyria.

I thought I had posted on here before but my account says differently, so I'll say Hi. I like thinking that Illyria is a separate being but that Fred still exists to some extent in her. Illyria is so able to reproduce her and her memories and she even seems to share the same emotions for certain characters are Fred did. If you carefully note her reactions to various characters she seems to almost remember them or feel the same as Fred did as if she shared something with her. I also believe that, in a strange way, Illyria loved Wesley. When she was brought into this world and found it so different than the one she'd come from, and when Wesley lost Fred, the two of them had a lot in common and seemed to share a common bond despite their reasons to hate each other. Illyria from the beginning seemed to show a certain amount of respect and then eventually almost affection for Wesley as time went on and during that last scene, her sacrifice and her ability to do what she did, showed a level of human compassion and maybe even love that is definitely notable. Illyria/Fred is fascinating to me and so is Wesley's relationship to them. I also happen to be watching the end of season 5 again right now so I am particularly thinking about these issues.
