I entered this last week, it's great that more people have a chance to win now, but the selfish part of me is saying, "aww man, now there is less of a chance of me winning."
Good luck all, I hope one of you wins, if it's not me.

Not sure what you meant, what would The Hellmouth has to do with him returning now? All I meant by that was that the hellmouth is used on the show as an excuse to have all of those demons there for Buffy to slay. I think that Joss even explains that using better wording in the commentary on the first episode. I'm just saying that the hellmouth being there can be used to justify just about any demon traveling to Sunnydale and that could include Sweet. For example, Spike said this in School Hard to explain to Dru why they had to come on Sunnydale. "The Hellmouth will restore you, put color in your cheeks, metaphorically speaking." It's very non-specific but it works. I do agree with you midwesternwatcher that if Sweet were to come back it would seem like he was there just to please the fans and not because it fits the story. Although I don't know whether Sweet had evil on his mind when he came to Sunnydale, I do think that he did evil while there anyways. He killed that one random guy, and may have killed more, and I think that makes him a villain. Compared to other characters that could be considered minor villains he has actually killed. A lot of the time the demons will just attack and make random threats and Buffy will thwart them. I definitely consider Sweet a villain.

Yes, Mr. Tick was great! I was sorry when he died. I almost hated Faith for doing that (don't tell her). Here's a thought. If Mr. Trick had survived ... After the Mayor dies, what happens to the Sunnydale government? Who's the new mayor? Maybe Mr. Trick could be a transitional figure, connecting the old administration with the new? Sweet? Is he a villain? If you don't summon him, he'll never bother you. Am I wrong? He was a great character, but I don't think of him as a villain. It's the hellmouth, I'm sure Sweet could find some reason to come back without being summoned. It might be too unrealistic but I'm just saying that it would be awesome.

Damage, I really like the talk that Angel and Spike have at the end of the episode. It's one of my favorite serious conversations in the series.

I wasn't really a big fan of this episode. None of the musical numbers stood out to me and I found Holly annoying. Also, Kurt was really rude to Mercedes this week. Seriously it's not hard to at least make an attempt to include someone into a conversation. Also, I personally have an issue with being canceled on when someone wants to spend every second of their life with a love interest, so I was a not liking Kurt much this episode. Also he layered on the gay stereotypes extra hard this week and I'm really seeing your point on that lightandmagic. Kurt is usually my favorite character though, so I'll probably be back to loving him next week.

Where I live we have a mall and that's about it. If I want to do something after 10pm my only option is to go a diner... or 7/11, or this one 24/7 supermarket, so if I'm hungry I'm all set, but there really isn't much in the ways of entertainment. If I have money and a weekend off I live pretty much right in the middle of New York City and Boston, but it takes 2 hours to get to either.
I liked your take on this scarygothgirl.

I have my tickets for midnight. It's probably a bad idea seeing as how I have work early the next morning, but it will totally be worth it. I might cosplay if I can throw something together.

So today I had a conversation with a new person at work. He is from Hawaii, so I asked him if there were more things to do, and ways to entertain yourself there. He said yeah, because Hawaii is a big tourist destination but it was still equally boring for him. I thought that was interesting because to me it would seem like more to do would automatically mean less boredom.
Anyways, we came to the conclusion that any place you grow up is automatically boring to you, because you have been there so long and you have done everything.
So I was wondering how you guys feel about the place you grew up in. Does anyone find that area at all interesting? You don't have to be specific as to where it is. I just want to know how common this is.

I'm really not a fan of their version of forget you, but then again I have a problem with a lot of the songs they do. They sometimes sound a little Disney-ish to me. It seems like my opinions of glee songs are limited to either "I loved it," or "I slightly dislike it." I never hear a glee song and absolutely hate it or just think it's alright.

I have two essays to type tonight which I should really get started on, and my place of employment (You know, the place where I am going to spending the vast majority of my waking hours at for the next 2 months.) gave me an itunes card today for being good at my job. That makes me happy, but it will probably also lead to extra procrastination tonight.

I find out tomorrow whether or not I am opening on Black Friday. I closed last year and even coming into work at 2:30pm, I could not find a parking space. I had to park about a half mile away.

Alright good because even this week I was watching and for most of the episode I was getting pretty annoyed at the female characters. All the men went off to go shoot zombies and other badass things and then women just sit around doing laundry. It seems unfair and I really liked when that one woman pointed it out. I forgot her name, but I really like her so far. They are living with zombie and all of them should know how to protect themselves instead of seeming to rely on the men to do it. I am giving it a chance though because I have read the first trade paperback and I know that they learn how to shoot. It's just annoying me right now. Also I'm not sure if the problem with the division of labor keeps up, but if it does I can see that getting to me. Overall I really like the show though, this just eats at me a little. I want to see Shane do some laundry and I want to see at least one of the women to help protect the group. I should go reread the TPB I have, because I'm pretty sure there is some improvement in the female characters, but then again I have only read the first one...*goes to a comic books store.*
Norman Reedus!
