I honestly can't stand Glee. It has simply become a cash crop for FOX...nothing more. And they destroyed Rocky Horror Picture Show. Erm... How did they destroy it? In fact, why do some people say they "destroyed" songs that they've sang on the show? Some versions weren't very good, but saying they destroyed it is a bit of an exaggeration, imo Changing Rocky Horror is like changing an episode of Star Trek, and expecting Trekkies not to get their tricorders in a tizzy. The only differnce is that we Rocky Horror fans will drink the blood of your children for changing the SHOW. Enjoy!

I just watched Selfless and piece of Conversations with Dead People with a friend.
We just finished watching Firefly, though!

Erm... Buffy responded with shock when Willow first states that Kennedy died. Willow quickly backtracks, and tells her that it was only temporary, stating that she always tells the story wrong. And in "ToYL", Buffy immediately asks about Kennedy when she sees Future Dark Willow; clearly associating the veins and dark hair with a previous heartbreak. Buffy react out of shocked that Kennedy was DEAD. Not that Willow, or something, brought her back to life again.

Fray, I think, is the best SLAYER in the universe and has the GREATEST, most original storyline out of any slayer. She doesn't simply have a "watcher/slayer" story...she has a "I only got half of the slayer line" story. It's twisty and fun.

I agree with Josh. I don't necessarily need to see the resolution of this arc. But it would be nice to see, and good writing in general, to expand on something so major. Now, the thing that erked me even more than Willow just saying she brought Kennedy back to life (not sure if she actually says she brought her back to life...it's been a while ) but the fact that Buffy and the gang (assuming they were there) had absolutely no reaction to this revelation. Could you imagine if your friend went crazy with power, got scared to use it after going evil, and then did the same thing that started her down that dangerous path? Good friends.

What episode is it where Buffy breaks down in front of Tara when Tara tells Buffy that she came back right and says "why did I let him do those things to me?" It's sometime in season 6 and I don't remember exactly. Thanks all.

i love the preview. i hope that this conversation goes on for a few more pages. i do feel for where buffy is at emotionally, and it would be great to see xander give her the pep talk she needs to face twilight... probably only to be brought down again when she finds out who twilight is. ooooooOOOOoooo. That'd be soooo evil to do to her character yet such a Joss thing to do. And it's friggin amazing!! I just hope we don't have a catatonic Buffy this season...something about looking at nine panels of Buffy not moving just seems like a waste of paper.

The thing that held Season 8 back for me in the beginning was the transformation and adjustment that came with Buffy continuing in comic book form. It's unfortunate, but from starting as a viewer and experiencing realistic reactions to certain events to going to a comic book where they have 22 pages to create an episode like feel. The emotional moments have to be stripped down to barely anything which took me off guard at first. But once I made the transition, Season 8 turned out to be one hell of a ride. The transition was very confusing and hard to take in, but once I did...this season turned out to be right up on par (so far) with the previous seasons of Buffy. The closer we get to the end, the more I see foreshadowing that made Season 2-7 so wonderful. I think its excellent, in conclusion.

I don't know how I feel about the finale, personally. It was all just a bit off to me. And I had absolutely no emotion at the end of the episode like I did with Firefly/Angel/Buffy. It was nice to see where it went...but bring on new Joss projects! I can't wait to see what he does next.
