What do you think of...

When you hear the word "automatic?" It seems like a random question, but I actually have a good reason for asking this. It's going to involve some motion graphicy project (that I have like 3 days to start, work on, and complete >.<). In order for me to start progess on this, I need an answer to this question. I would really appreciate replies! When I'm done, I'll post a link for it All ideas are welcome!

The first thing that popped into my head was autonomitron. Which I'm not convinced is an actual word, and I'm not sure why I thought of it. I googled it, and it only came up with two results, so yeah...
I feel like it means something along the lines of robotic, which is okay then, because when I thought about it more, I thought of robots and computer-operated things. Like automatic doors.

When I hear automatic I instantly think "out of my control". Automatic usually means something, like a machine, software program or business, is completely a task or set of tasks with little to no input from a user, like me. Sometimes this is a good thing because the more things a person has to do in order to complete a task the more problems that can arise due to user error. Of course when a bank automatically charges you a fee or when a software program malfunctions then the word automatic can be a bad thing. In my line of work it usually ends badly, mostly because people hear the word "automatic" and assume that everything will work out whether they do anything or not.

Automatic makes me think of doors and cars and other technology. And S Club Junior's song 'Automatic High' annoyingly (oh now it's stuck in my head, sob)

but when i think of the word, i tend to think of mario kart when they ask Automatic or Manual?, and i always pick automatic.
