My best moments are "new moon rising", Is when Willow finally confronts Oz about her relationship and emotions and finally Tara and Willow can uninhibited together. And when Willow blows out the candle and the two Wickens embrace their emotion, that was beautiful. ;D

^ Their were good choices.
Personally, i like the scene when Willow and Tara held hands and grasped their powers together and blasted the vending machine towards the door, that was pretty awesome.

I really love the ending of New Moon Rising, when Willow blows out the candle. I always thought that was such a sweet moment.

there are so many. i think one of my favourites is the end of "family" when willow says shes proud of tara, and tara says willow can make her feel so special even when shes at her worst <3

TARA: Best birthday.
WILLOW: I still can't believe you didn't tell me about your family and all that.
TARA: I was just afraid if you saw the kind of people I came from, you wouldn't wanna be anywhere near me.

I firstly have to say that this is an awesome thread! -Tara's speech at the end of Entropy: "There's just so much to work through. Trust has to build again, on both sides...you have to learn if... if we're even the same people we were, if you can fit in each other's lives, it's a long and important process and ... can we just skip it? Can you... can you just be kissing me now?" -The "Strong like an Amazon" scene in The Body and when they kiss. -Willow to Tara- "I will always find you." from The Gift -The first 5 minutes of Seeing Red when they're in the bed just talking and kissing. And the next scene when Dawn realizes their back together and is jumping up and down screaming "I love you guys!" -The scene in Who Are You: Tara- "I am you know?"
Willow- "What?"
Tara- "Yours."-The last scene in New Moon Rising when Willow comes to Tara's room with the candle. ^^ That one too. I can honestly go on and on about my favorite Willow/Tara scenes lol but i'll stop for now  |

It's interesting -- most of my favorite Tara moments are really just Tara moments, rather than Tara/Willow moments. By that I mean that even though Willow is involved in some of them, Tara was the primary force. (For example, one of my favorites is Tara standing up to Anya in "Older and Far Away." And even "Under Your Spell" is more a Tara thing than a couple thing.)
For "couple" moments, I'd probably go with the scene in Willow's room from "The Body."

^That is my absolute favorite moment. Equally good is their love song in OMWF. Willow + Tara are definitely my favorite couple, they seemed the most believable to me.

Willow and Tara are one of my favourite ships in the Buffyverse. My favourite moments are:
-Their kiss at the end of Entropy. It's so beautiful and full of love and passion.
-Their scene in The Body where Tara is comforting Willow as she cries
-The spell they do that helps them discover that Faith is in Buffy's body. It's so sexy!
-"Your shirt."

For me, the top moment of Tara and willow relationship for me anyway was willow reaction over Tara situations with Glory, and she was fueled with emotion and that she try to seek her vengeance. That was excellent to show Willow magic abilities but also show that Willow actually loves Tara. Willow: i owe you pain. Brutal.  |

I don't have a particular favorite scene, but I like the scene when Tara & Willow are in the Magic Shop, and Tara reads Willow's palm, after talking about palm reading.
Tara: Mmmm.
Willow: What do you see?
Tara: Willow hand.
Or however that scenes goes. It's so cheesy, yet I feel "That's what I want. They can be so goofy and sweet with each other." And if I remember correctly, it has one of Tara's looking-at-you-all-shy-yet-horny-and-evil looks in it, right after she says Willow hand. Might just be my firsty mind making that up tough, I can't even remember which episode it was in.
And their first spell in Hush is very cool. I always feel a rush of girlpowerness during that scene, like I'm there with them, beating the odds.

I also liked it when their finale got back together in the end of season 6. And basically their had sex all day. And dawn reaction was really great you could tell she was over the moon,because their got back together.

I have to say this is a tough one, there are so many powerful moments between them. I have to say one cute moment between them is in the episode "Forever" in season 5 when both of them are laying on the bed and Willow is writing in her journal. The little dialogue scene there is so cute.
Tara: Down to every last bagel?
Willow: Down to every last thing I do with you.
That was such a cute moment!
