My money is on this cover. I think it's the real deal.

Denham's name is on it so I would think the cover is wrong-it should be Casagrande.
And since we got a new cover for the last hardcover, I presume we will get one for the next one as well.

IDW will probably correct the name on the physical Hc. In the back of the Immortality for Dummies hc in the interview with Willingham he said the next arc was called Connorland unless that was a tentative/working title.

Ah. Maybe it is the sticking cover then. I just figured the last HC probably didn't sell well, so why make another new cover for this one?
I'm still kinda debating getting the last HC now... And this one. Sure, they aren't great, and aren't canon, but they're still a part of the overall plot. Plus the art is pretty good.

I'm just assuming. The fanbase hasn't really reacted well to the series, right? Why would they buy the HC if they didn't enjoy it? So if no one bought the first HC in this new series, why waste money on this HC, getting it a new cover?
I could be totally wrong, of course.
And by 'new cover' I mean cover art. Just to specify.

Amazon has had that title in their database for a number of months now, and the cover art was recently added. If IDW are mocking up covers with that title, it's probably a fair bet that it'll stick. By the way, you can view the full size cover via the link below (without the annoying panning required at Amazon's site):

I hope that's not the final cover, it would suck that's one of my least fav willingham arc covers.

I'd like that to be the cover but I prefer the title "Connerland". The actual issue called "The Crown Prince Syndrome" was included in the last hardcover so why would this one be called that? Mind you, this is IDW we're talking about, where titles are logic are unmixy things.

I hope the new HC includes ALL of the covers for 28-38. Maybe we should petition it to IDW?

This definitely looks like an accurate listing. The page count is listed as ~150, which would mean this includes a sixth issue. So the rest of Bill's run (33-38) will be included in the next HC.

Jut curious, when was this arc titled 'Connorland'? I've read 33 and 34, but didn't see the title. Thanks, to whoever replies.

So there was 28-32 which is Immortality For Dummies, then #33 (the Jamesian Interlude), then #34-38 which is Connorland. That comprises the entirety of Bill Willingham's run.

Didn't he just write up until issue 35? But his story is plotted through 38. So even if he isn't filling in the bubbles, the story has his thumbprint on it.

Each title inside the front cover says the name of the issue plus connorland: like Bedroom follies had chapter one of connorland in its name.

I still say we should petition for a full cover gallery of 28-38 to be included!

I still say we should petition for a full cover gallery of 28-38 to be included! I would definitely like that. I don't see IDW doing it though, considering this HC will have 6 issues and they have to keep the price down. We'll see though.
