Andrew is a cabbage. He has no emotional maturity. I don't know whether he'll ever grow up if I'm honest. He's gonna be an old man with loads of cats who collects teapots lol.

I would be fine with Joss bringing in some gay male characters, but I don't want him to bring them in just to please fans by having a gay male in the mix. There would have to be a reason.
Also, that transexual idea is interesting. I'm guessing that they would be a slayer because they were born with the potential. Although, it's unlikely that there are any slayers like that out there.

My sense of Andrew is that he hasn't quite grown up yet - a bit of a Peter Pan - he likes the company of others, appears to lean a bit more towards men - dominant onces in particular. I don't think he was "dating" the women in Italy in a romantic sense; just going out with them - they could have been slayers for all we know.
i love the humour that Andrew brings to the series, his quirkiness. He may be "man-age" but he is still a "boy" at heart.
But after all that I have said, in the end, I believe that Andrew's true love will be male. He may or may not be fully human (e.g., undead or magical). I don't think we have met that character yet. In my mind - I see someone like Graham from the initiative - cute, strong and sexy - plus we never heard him talk about girls or seem to date anyone.

Those women Andrew was with were TOTALLY "fruit flies". :-P hahaha Joss has already admitted that the woman for Andrew was an accident becasue most of the lines for Andrew in that episode were meant for Dawn Summers, she was meant to be in that episode but canceled at the last minute so they got in Andrew instead but forgot about his hidden sexuality thing, my theory is that the two woman were slayers that he was with. As in season 8 he is training slayers, so maybe they two woman were part of his slayer squad.

Well, I can tell you one thing...
Interviewer: There was a script idea floating around the Internet about Spike becoming the first male Slayer. Joss Whedon: That will never happen. There will never be a male Slayer.

Hehehe, here's a way to insert Oz into season 8. Joke, joke, please don't kill me. I'm sure those two "super models" were slayers too, you're right about that.

I would love a strong gay male character to appear in Buffy! It would be good to see how Xander would act around him, and maybe have the gay guy flirt with Xander to make him uncomfortable. I think that could be really funny!
