I never knew this even existed! I recently traded something for this Faith IKON figure, I've never seen this before but it does come with a signed COA by Clayburn Moore. It's number 2 out of 6! Does anyone know anything about this? The COA says it's a prototype. Also, On the back of the box for the Spike & Buffy IKON figures there's a pic of an Angel IKON fig. Angels red top is painted with the same shiny paint used for the faith one but I've never seen the Angel one on ebay etc before, what's the deal with that? Here's some pics, if anyone knows anything about these figures let me know Cheers! Lee

The Angel one above was going to be released along with a Vampire Spike. There would have been variants for each, Angel with a blue top and a bloody Vampire Spike.
Faith didn't make the final line-up at all, so you have a nice rarity there. There were loads of prototypes with different colour schemes. I remember there was a Faith a with tan pants and a red top which looked pretty cool.

Yessir, I was just rummaging around on btvsfigs. A member (madvicks) has a truely amazing collection of which I'm very jealous. Here's the IKON protos that she has collected: www.freewebs.com/madvicks/macikonseries.htm

aw man, those are so cool!! would've loved to have seen all the faith ones. I think she's the coolest figure, i love her stance and base etc. If it looked a bit more like Eliza that would definitely be my favorite figure!

Early Protos. The pink patch on the tummy was added at fan request/moaning.

Oh, so they just wanted to use a previous figure for the base just to see the Bunny Costume?

Yeah. The released MAC Bunny Anya is Willow from the neck down, DST sculpted a body on the re-release as the suit was removable

I didn't even know that these were prototypes, rare and often different. I wasn't looking at them that closely before - I have a few. I will go takle a close look now. Thanks for raising this topic.
