Ok lets see who we could do without on Buffy. I have a feeling Dawn or Kennedy is going to get alot of votes. Even though I liked them
I voted Tara.... Yeah I know I'm going to get crap about it, but I really didnt like her. She was like the female Riley for me....lol

I went for Dawn, just too winy! I don't think Dawn whined as much in three full seasons as Rona did in just 10 episodes...

I don't think Dawn whined as much in three full seasons as Rona did in just 10 episodes... Dawn just seemed so ungrateful all the time. I thought Dawn just seemed like she wanted to be part of the gang, and resented how overprotective Buffy was in wanting to keep her completely out of it all. And when you realize that Buffy, Willow, and Xander were fighting demons when they were Dawn's age (in S6 and S7), and when you see that, given the chance, Dawn had some skills that really came in useful to the group, I think her resentfulness is not completely impossible to understand...

Plus Dawn, in Season 5 at least, was supposed to be annoying and get in the way all the time. Which is why most people don't like her. I always thought she developed into a rather interesting character in the latter half of S6 and then in S7.

I think people fixed that first impression of her into their minds, and then never bothered adjusting it during seasons 6 or 7, even tho she had matured a lot by then. But it's hard to blame people for that, because she had so little in the way of stories devoted to her during those last couple of years, that it's not really surprising people didn't really notice her change in attitude.

I had to go with Dawn. I am willing to admit that her presence in the entire Buffy-universe is extremely novel. Unfortunately, having Dawn around is just an anchor to Buffy. Think of all the stories that could have happened if Buffy could have traveled more freely or if she wasn't constantly looking out for Dawn's safety. I guess knowing that the series was going to end at the end season 5, it makes since to have Dawn around (thus giving Buffy the reason to sacrifice herself), but I still don't like having her character. She through off the entire group dynamic.

Don't shoot me...but on that list, I have to go with Drusilla. Although I love the character, she's my least favorite female character on the show...but she's by no means my least favorite character overall. That honor still belongs to Wesley. And even though I don't like the character of Oz, I didn't hate him for being there, so I wouldn't say he's my least favorite. It would've given him more dynamic if they would have shown more of his struggle with the animal. We got it at the end and a brief episode or two...but he had to struggle with it more than that. If anything, I wanted to see more of Oz's character development...and the same goes for Drusilla. I wanted more on her...not just that she was wicked and crazy. I wanted to see some of the torture Angelus did to her. The most defining Dru moment was the flashback before she was vamped.
I guess as a writer, I tend to focus on my least and most favorites in terms of character development, not on likeability or badassness.

Eh...Oz was more boring than Tara. At least you get a lot more character development with Tara, and she provided that needed foil to Willow. Oz was just kinda...there.

That was Oz's character I mean watch Seth's interview on the extras on the season 4 dvd. That's what Joss wanted out of Oz. Oz was without saying a whole lot. Tara was boring and she said too much. Sorry thats just the way I feel As far as Kennedy goes she was perfect for Willow. I mean there was always this underlining theme when it came to willow and her feelings for Buffy. So why not create a Buffy like potential for her too fall for. And Im sorry there was serious heat between Kenedy and Willow.
