What do you mean by dead last because in this poll that's a good thing.

Willow/Kennedy. Just couldn't stand Kennedy. Spike/Buffy is next on the list. Don't get me wrong, I loved both characters. But dangit, Spike was evil!

Willow and Kennedy. I like Kennedy a bit more than Oz, but Oz and Willow had more chemistry than Willow and Kennedy. Hell, Willow and Xander, for a brief spell, had more chemistry than Willow and Kennedy. Willow would likely have better chemistry with a slab of concrete than with Kennedy.

OMG. how the hell are buffy/spike tied with buffy/riley that's completely retarded. Some people didn't like Buffy/Spike because of the dark, destructive nature.Personally,I felt that it was played as more of a psychologically abusive relationship than Buffy "using" Spike to feel.It fit for S6,then in S7 they turned it into an Angel-esque travesty I chose Buffy/Angel because Angel was pretty lame until he lost his soul

I have several couples that I don't like, but I went with Buffy/Spike. I absolutely cannot stand them as a couple. It was really destructive to Buffy, and plus the whole rape scene? Hello? Beats me how she forgave him so quickly.... I mean I know he had no soul, but I still don't like it at all. I think the main issue with that is because Spike is the same with a soul or without one. There is virtually no change in him, except for a slight more lean towards good.
I know some people don't agree with me on that, but that's how I feel. Plus I'm a huge Buffy/Angel shipper.
Other couples I don't like: Willow/Kennedy, Buffy/Riley, & partially Xander/Cordelia.

I don't think there's a single couple that I just don't like, but I voted for Willow/Kennedy. I hated Kennedy at first, and hated her with Willow, but I've mellowed on that over the years. Kennedy's not so bad, after all (especially compared to Rona; ugh), and she's not even so bad with Willow--the whole 'opposites attract' thing. It's just that the timing was bad. Too soon after Tara, and it felt like the writers were pushing it on her and on us...

I think Joss went with Willow/Kennedy only because Amber turned down his Willow/Tara storyline -- and he did so partly in order to give the lesbian Buffy fans something nice, and partly in order to have at least one relationship standing at the end of the show, since death was going to break up both Spike/Buffy and Xander/Anya. Huge miscalculation on his side, needless to say. Too soon after Tara, too forced a relationship, too bratty a character.
