Justine. Her extremely bad judgement and attitude just annoyed the hell out of me.

Eve was just Lilah lite. Way too bland for me to even bother with hating her.
I really hated Groo, though. His innocent naivety got old really fast.

I'm gonna have to go with Gwen. She was way to overly sexed up to the point where she was just not sexy. The outift that was ridiculously skintight the the point of insanity. Overall just a boring character. A pointless character to add tension with Cordy/angel and with Gunn/Fred.

And as for Gunn - I don't think that was bad acting on J. August Richard's part. I think it had something to do with white writers who didn't know how to write that type of character. Just my two cents.
I mean it really was lines like, "What's up dog" that made it awkward.

Knox gets my very special vote. The whole 'Illyria-worshipper' thing was a little out of left field and should have been examined a bit more, but then again the less screen time this dweeb got the better. No other character in the buffyverse has the power to make me gag with his presence quite like dear old Knox.

Justine... Bad acting and a mega biotch... I think with a better actress in this role might have actually worked. Wasn't keen on Kate either, still would've liked some more closure on the character though. I actually dont' mind Conner. I think he was fully redeemed from any 'whinyness' in season 5 as well. Come on though, he spent his childhood in a hell dimension.

I'm going with Fred here. I don't actually like or dislike the character, and thats my main problem with her. Shes sweet and nice and so incredibly dull that I hardly notice her 90% of the time (notable exception: "A Hole in the World" aka "Fred twitches for an hour"). I really think they should have introduced Illyria a little sooner. Like in, oh say, "Fredless."
Worst recurring was Nina. Only noteworthy thing that character contributed was finally eliminating the naive idea that sex = perfect happiness.

Come on though, he spent his childhood in a hell dimension. As far as Justine I thought she was a good actress. Big fan of her on the LWord. Connor, you are so right! Everyone complains he was whiny. He grew up on a friggin Hell Dimension with a nut job with a crazy vendetta against his real father who is also a vampire. A lot to deal with if you ask me! The poor kid was lied to his whole life.

I also loved Justine and thought that Laurel Holloman was great! I mean, it all boils down to opinion, but that scene in Benediction when she kills Holtz is probably some of the best acting on the show.

I really got to go with Justine on this one. I mean there are others that I'm not too fond of such as Jasmine and what not, but the entire time Justine was on the show, I absolutely could not stand her. I mean yeah, I get the whole looking for vengence thing and trying to get rid of vampires, but I mean she was such a tool! It's like no matter what would happen, she would believe anything she was told as long as it was coming from Holtz. And yeah I also get that he was the one who found her and helped her and what not, but its like she became this mindless puppet whenever he was around her. Yeah, just wasn't really feelin it when it came to Justine.

I LIKED Eve... Don't ask me why, I just did. She fascinated me mostly I guess... I voted Jasmine. She just annoyed me a lot and took away one of my favorite characters (Cordy)... Close runner up is Gavin. No point to him whatsoever, his attempts to annoy Angel were weak and pathetic. Edit: When I say I liked Eve, in no way does that mean she replaced Lilah for me. Lilah is and will always be the best bitch ever.

I might get crap for this, but I voted Gunn. Sorry never really liked his character. Hated the Fred/Gunn pairing. in "Not Fade Away" when I first saw it I was like "No not Wesley, kill Gunn instead" sorry I was....lol

Hated the Fred/Gunn pairing. in "Not Fade Away" when I first saw it I was like "No not Wesley, kill Gunn instead" sorry I was....lol That is certainly understandable. Gunn was easily the least developed character on the show. He only got some attention in Season 4 and 5. He's my least favorite member of Angel Inc., but I did enjoy his character a lot in Season 2 and 5.
