S2 wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be. It seems like you're going to go somewhere exciting and then it's the same old naked statue, ha ha.
Remembering S1, the quote that was said before each eppy started was awesome. They def could've kept that for future seasons.
I just thought of this possibilty: Are there any Easter eggs on Buffy dvds? Like in a bunch of other movies, you hit a certain combo of buttons at a certain time and you can get into something hidden. That'd be a jackpot if they were in the Buffy dvds somewhere.

There are some easter eggs. On the Season 6 DVD set, go to Language Selection on Once More, With Feeling. Hit left of right (don't remember) and the singnature "B" will pop up, and hit enter. There is also a DVD-ROM easter egg somewhere on Season 6. On Season 7, go to the featurettes on the last disc, hit left or right and the signature "B" will pop up, hit enter.

I have to admit I've never been a big fan of any of the menus. Being a creative person and knowing how freaking awesome Buffy is, the menus always kind of came as a disappointment. Season 2 had potential to be awesome if there were more than just 3 or 4 episode menus and it didn't take forever to get from one episode to the next.
To be honest if I had to choose I'd pick Season 1. No fuss, no muss, and no music that you get sick of hearing after the first two disks. Just simple and straight forward.

I enjoyed the Season One's DVD screen. Season 3 being a close second.

What really does suck is the deletion of the "previously on" segments at the beginning of each ep (on the R1 DVDs). Especially because whoever did it got a little too cut-happy at one point, and removed the explosion from the beginning of "End of Days", thinking it was part of the end of the previous ep and not the start of the next one. I knew something was missing from that episode...I remembered seeing the explosion but when I got to the episode on the DVD the explosion wasn't shown and I thought I was going crazy. That really sucks.

I have always liked season 2's menu the best. I wish they had done the same kinda thing with the other seasons as well. I think it would have been cool.

Not to get off topic but does anyone get annyoed by the fact that you can't just hit Play All on any of the discs!?! Totally!!! My sister and I have thought the same thing. It's the same with Angel I think. I honestly can't remember, despite having that on boxset too. It would be so convenient if it did.

They're all pretty cool except for season 2's, it takes waaaaaay to long to get to the episodes.
