It's true. Scott Aliie and Joss have both mentioned it.

Seriously?! That will be so weird, but cool! Is there anything online about it? If it is true, I'd love Karl Moline to do the art.

This I can confirm true.
I know somethings, but obviously am bound to keep silent. But since it has been brought up by Scott Allie, I will say it's happening. I thought it was supposed to be a big secret till we get closer to that arc...oh well I guess. Wolves at the Gate #1 isn't even out yet! Jo Chen Fray covers!

That is amazing. I wonder how everything will work out. Will Buffy go to the future? Will Fray come to present time? Words can't describe how cool I think this is! I'm so excited. Melaka is such a great character. Hopefully we'll see more characters too. I really liked Erin.
What if Georges Jeanty and Karl Moline both did the art? Georges could do all the present time art and Karl could do all the future art.

I managed to buy all but issue 5 of Fray (and first printings too!). Can anyone tell me how much I will miss if I skip from #4 to #6 so I can read the remaining 3 issues? I want to have read Fray before the Buffy Issue after Wolves at the Gate comes out.

I think you will miss quite a lot not reading issue 5. There is a lot of important info and probably the most shocking ending in the series.

There is information regarding this in the newest issue of Wizard magazine. I'll see about getting some info. I guess the cover art is in there by Jo Chen, showing Buffy and Fray falling down through the future city.
Guess our girl goes to the future! Is there anything Buffy -can't- do?! Hehe...this would never have been able to happen in the show!

that's kind of wired a buffy fray cross over how is that possible will fray be in buffy's time or will it be vise-versa ? as CBG stated above, a picture shows Buffy and Fray falling through a *futuristic* city.

The Buffster squares off against her futuristic descendant in this four-part arc by Joss Whedon and Karl Moline, who fist collaborated in 2003's Fray mini-series.Take a good look now cause I may have to delete it.

What if Georges Jeanty and Karl Moline both did the art? Georges could do all the present time art and Karl could do all the future art. That's a VERY cool idea. Especially since each of their styles essentially define the two titles by now.

I'm annoyed that they gave Buffy the all red Scythe that is shown in Fray... I liked the silver one Plus that's the one that was in the show/prop replica/toys!

Hmm.... That is kind of annoying. Maybe it will be explained.
Maybe you should change this thread to the issue 16 discussion.
