Thanks, I am waiting for the third series of Buffy Collector Plates to come that I won on ebay. I just don't know where I am going to put them. I am still searching for Series 1 and 2 of the Plates as well as the Angel Plates, Faith Plate, Drusilla Plate, Men of Buffy Plate, Women of Buffy Plate and the Friends of Buffy Plate. Pixelbarrel in Canada has the plates. Here is the URL www.pixelbarrel.com/catalog.php?category=Collectors%92%20PlatesRemember, the items are in Canadian dollars.

buffycollector... your collection is MASSIVE, and amazing.
*shocked face*
Do you mind me asking how long it took, and how much money to get all of those things???

I bought some things years ago but the whole part has been bought during the last 2 years, because I'va a job now.
It cost a lot of money, I couldn't tell even if I have the detail of every item I've bought. But for the biggest part of my collection, I've tried to spend the less money possible.

I got it where the internet is magical... EBAY. lol! Thank you for the tip! I never even thought about looking on ebay for autographed items. I just bought Andy Hallett's autograph on a Lorne photo. ;D

I've entered my collection into an Excel spreadsheet. I've been listing the "replacement" cost - if i lost it, what would I have to pay to replace it. That way I know the value of my collection. And, I know i have paid less than the actual or replacement cost for the majority of my collection. My collection is not as extensive as yours - no where close to it, and my current replacement value is around $15,000. So yours is at least twice that if not three times that. You should make a list of all your items and make sure your house/tenant insurance covers it in case of loss. Use replacement value since many items will cost you much more today to get them.

That is a very good idea. As paranoid as I am, sometimes I wonder, "What if my house caught on fire? What items would I be running outside with on my way out?" I guess that's a little obsessive now that I think about it. I'll be the girl outside next to the firefighters holding my Buffy library set under one arm and as my Buffy books under the other.

I have a list with all the item, what I really paid, and what I paid with postage costs.
I still live at my mother's house but I think that I will move in a few month because of my job (new teatcher so I can't have the town that is close to my town).
I'm curious to see your collection sagewoman ^^

I have the MEN and Women of sunnydale collections. they're reeeeally nice. I couldnt think of how to display them though. You just use card sheets and put them in a folder or do you actually have the official BUFFY FOLDERS for them? SO EXCITED BOUT STATUES! I reealy love them too. They will be my first! It's a LOT of money, but I really like them so I'm happy to suffer like a poor bum for a while to make up themoney!

I have a Buffy folder.
Okay, it's a black folder that I glued Buffy pics on, but on the inside of the covers I have naughty pictures, so it's still cool.
