I'd love to have a pig. I hope to have chicken when (if ever!) we are going to move into our house (which is in the planning stage).

For the past few months I have been telling everyone I want a chicken and a pig as a pet and everyone gives me the strangest looks...it could be that there is only urban cities where I live, but I don't care! I still want a piggy and a chicken! |

Aw, thanks! Well, his name is kinda a cross between 2 things I love: BtVS and the San Jose Sharks hockey team. And the cat who was his dad was named Riley. And it's Irish. It just kinda worked.  |

No Picture..but sad news. I figured this was the forum to post it.  Our 19 year old black cat Shadow died yesterday. He got sick and just could not fight it off and was in so much pain that we had to let him go. He is laid to rest in our garden next to his brother who died a few years ago. My son was 19 when we got Shadow (and his brother Sherlock (black and white) and our late collie/lab mix Tasha (black and white)) and now our son has children of his own. I am very sad. Shadow snuggled up next to me at night and would not let anyone else hold him. |
