So way back when the first pictures and trailers started coming out, the character portrayed by Enver Gjokaj was a 'doll' and was one of Echo's friends; his name was Victor.
Just recently I found out his name was changed to Lubov. He's apparently not a 'doll' anymore and is part of a Russian Mob.
When did this happen? Is he even a doll anymore? Was his character completely changed? Why did this happen?
I don't get it. I was liking the idea of 2 'dolls' to back up Echo and now, apparently, there's not.

Now I don't know what to think. I really want the spoiler you told me to be true, but Lubov still seems to be around up to the fourth episode. That doesn't work well with our 3rd episode theory. I really hope they haven't completely changed his character.

I have not heard any of hte spoilers but I am wondering if he is maybe an ex-doll or if he is a doll on a long term engagement with the russian mob.
That would explain why Paul (I think that is the detectives name) thinks he should know about the dolls but he says he does not know what paul is talking about.

The Spoiler/Rumor is Lubov is actually Victor (the doll from the unaired pilot who was actually on a long term engagement with the Russian Mob) This isn't for sure yet. |

Yeah, I'm not too sure anymore either. It's pretty annoying because I thought focus on a male active would be great. And Lubov is such a boring character right now, I don't see what else they can do with him. |

Yeah, I'm not too sure anymore either. It's pretty annoying because I thought focus on a male active would be great. And Lubov is such a boring character right now, I don't see what else they can do with him. I agree. Fox is stupid AGAIN. We lose a potentially great character (Victor) and he's replaced with a Russian man-whore (Lubov) That's a FOX move for sure.  |

I think that he is a doll still. ^^ I just think they are making you wait longer to find out, unlike the unaired pilot(Echo). |

I've watched both of the episodes ('Ghost' & 'Target') twice..and it didn't hit me until I finished that Victor and Lubov looked the same. I had this gnawing that at the back of my head whilst watching 'Where is the male doll?'...then it clicked. Honestly, I think that Lubov is a doll. I mean, what other reason would Ballard have to 'stalk' him other than the fact that he COULD be connected to the prosititution chain that the cops were talking about in 'Ghost' or his Russian Mob-yness. I hope he's a doll too; I think Echo needs more than just Cierra (I really don't like her all that much..but then again there hasn't been much time to start  ). And what about the blonde male doll? The one featured in the previews? Was he scrapped when the pilot was redone? |

As for your post, I'm not sure which blonde male doll you're talking about. There was going to be another female doll called November. She was scrapped. But the only dolls in "Echo" was Echo, Victor, and Sierra.

Oops!! Sorry! Well, I just read the original pilot 'Echo' and I really think that Viktor is still going to be around. In the pilot they had Viktor as Keene when he was active...So I'm now on team Lubov-Is-Viktor |
