It's so hard to pick one favorite, there is just so many! But here's one of them I can think of off the top of my head.

I love the last scene in earshot because of these two lines:

Buffy: "oh come on, what am I St. Buffy? He's like three feet tall?!"

and

Buffy: "sure, we can work out after school, ya know, if your not too busy having sex with my mother!"

and then Giles walks into the tree! I love it.

Oh god, that has to be one of the funniest quotes from Buffy.

I like this quote:

The Mayor: A "hello" or a "nice to see you" would be more appropriate. It is the end of humanity, Faith, not the end of courtesy.

And from "All The Way":

"Didn't anyone come here just to make out? Aww, that's sweet... You run... You scream."

Just the way Sarah delivered that line. It took a funny line and made it hilarious.

I dont know what it is about that line but it's always grabbed me.

Xander: We're not actually discussing dinner right now.
Spike: Blood is life, lack-brain. Why do you think we eat it? It's what keeps you going. Makes you warm. Makes you hard. Makes you other than dead. 'Course it's her blood.

Mostly just that last line from Spike, but it makes more sense with the rest of the convo.
