Willow/Tara
Xander/Anya
Buffy/Angel or Buffy/Spike, I also can't decide between them
And on Angel, my favourite couples were Fred/Wesley and Cordelia/Doyle.

1) Spike/Buffy
2) Angel/Darla
3) Wesley/Illyria
And in no particular order: Angel/Faith, Wesley/Faith, Giles/Jenny, Angel/Spike, Wesley/Fred, Wesley/Lilah...
Those are probably my favourites, but I don't think there's any 'ship in the Buffyverse that I dislike. I thought I disliked Angel/Cordelia for a while there, but I'm currently rewatching Angel and it's growing on me.

My favorite couple on Buffy is Xander/Anya. They were just so right for each other. So cute and funny. Probably the only couple on Buffy that ALMOST found some peace.
On Angel, it was without a doubt Wesley/Lilah. It was just so dark. It gave Wesley a lot of depth and made Lilah have a more important role.

Don't really have a favorite couple apart from that...
Wesley and Fred..., i cried when fred died. Which was unexpected cause i rarely do that!
Spike and Xander.. LOL. Because ever since i found out people ship them it has amused me so.

For Buffy: Spike / Buffy (duh!  ) Xander / Anya Willow / Tara I was happy in season 6, everyone was paired up with who I wanted them to be with for like a whole 4 eppys! For Angel Angel / Cordy *hides* I know it was practically incest, but it was adorable, really hot, and I love the scene where Angel asks Cordy if they were in love. Spike / Illyria - Not really canon I know, but I still loved their conversations, and this might become canon on ATF if I'm lucky, though I'm still heartbroken that we'll probably never get any new Spuffy. So I'll settle for my second favourite. Wes / Lilah |

I actually liked Fred/Gunn. They were kinda cute together. Never was big on the whole Fred/Wesley idea. I did like the idea of Fred being enamored with Angel, though I wouldn't want them together.
