Based on the overall look of the demons, my favorite would be The Repo Man from Double or Nothing, he looked very cool.

My username should be a clue, the Ethros demon from Angel Season 1's "I've Got You Under My Skin" I like that the demon wasn't actually the threat at all, it was that creepy kid! I also really like The Beast, and of course... Lorne!  |

My username should be a clue, the Ethros demon from Angel Season 1's "I've Got You Under My Skin" I like that the demon wasn't actually the threat at all, it was that creepy kid! I also really like The Beast, and of course... Lorne! Yeah I love that episode. Such a great twist there near the end. |

Glory wasnt a demon so this doesn't really apply to her.
p.s. Lorne has no competition, he is overall the best demon in the Buffyverse

She was the god of a demon dimension, making her a supreme demonic god. So there.  Besides, I wasn't nominating her as a favorite demon (tho she is one of my favorites), just comparing Sahjhan to her in terms of how much of a laugh they give me... ;D |

I also loved the Annointed from season 1 and early season 2. He wasn't around for long, but he was great. i could not stand the annoying one when spike put him in that cage i was so happy....... but i do think he was a must have for season 1 of buffy |
