It'll likely be region 1 though right? Won't play on european dvd players.

AAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i've been waiting so long for this. my mom told me today that Best Buy was going to have a special Buffy bonus disc but we didn't know what it was. she's going to be really happy to hear that it's the Paley Fest dvd because we were devastated that we couldn't actually be there.

i used the disc as an oppurtunity to finally buy Firefly yesterday. i watched the bonus disc as soon as i got home and it did not disappoint. i loved it! (i already knew i would tho since i've seen/heard most of it thru bootleg recordings.)

There are a few on eBay right now. The DVD must be very popular because I just got an email from Best Buy that my order is now on back order. So annoying, I hate waiting.

True, but you can always watch it on your PC/laptop/Mac/etc. And most countries have region-free DVD players that can actually play just about any DVD, regardless of region. I'll have to check with my Best Buy... but darn, it may already be sold out, according to hitnrun017. |

Funny story.
I wanted to buy mr.Fix it so bad (the one with Boreanaz) so bad, but i figured my player couldn't play it. So I was looking for a dvd-player, but luckily I bought the DVD first, tried it in the player I had and voliá, I had a regionfree player without knowing it. Too bad that I didn't like the movie...

I got mine from Best Buy today, for free! I didn't even buy anything at all!!
I have the ability to rip it, but am cautious about copyright, etc.

Well all the buffy collectables in the collectable show are also connected to the show. it could be argued tough that since it's an q&a, it belongs here. but since it's merchandise too...
