Has Joss mentioned anything about Spike:Asylum or shadow puppets being canon?
Or is it just up to the reader to decide?
I know that since Becky and Betta George has appeared in After the fall, Asylum and shadow puppets are probably canon, but I rather not have it that way.

Why do the vampire's clothing get dusted along with themselves when a vampire is staked?

Who decided that it would be a good idea to have Vincent Kartheiser be on Angel?

Who decided that it would be a good idea to have Vincent Kartheiser be on Angel? I think Kartheiser gets beaten up for his character not being given a loveable arc. He's definitely proved he has the acting chops on 'Mad Men'.

Why do the vampire's clothing get dusted along with themselves when a vampire is staked? Because they have such bad fashion sense that the PTB makes their clothes *poof* too!

I watched Rm w/a Vu yesterday, and this bothers me everytime: How DID the peanut butter get on Angel's bed? I took it as a disturbing masterbating joke. Or something sexual anyway just by the way Cordelia said "I don't even want to know how it got there"

I have a naughty answer to that, but I'm pretty sure that both our comments would be deleted.

I have a question. Now before I start, I don't want to tread on anyone's toes or cross the PTB. But it is a question that has been bothering me lately. Given that canon seems to accept that Liam was Catholic, and postulating that the demon/soul within Angel is a metaphor for the duality of all humans (Good/evil), if Angel went to church, would God forgive him (within the context of Catholicsm/christianity)? Can he ask God for forgiveness if he wanted to? Sorry, if this is a bit heavy, but I'm not Christian, so I struggle sometimes with the theology behind this genre.

Well, he's not completely human so technically, maybe God wouldn't give a damn... But yes, from what I figure, and unknowing agnostic/atheist, if he prays and asks for forgiveness, he's forgiven.

Can he ask God for forgiveness if he wanted to? Sorry, if this is a bit heavy, but I'm not Christian, so I struggle sometimes with the theology behind this genre. As a theology major at a Christian school, I feel a bit qualified to muddy the waters here. Most Christians believe that any creature with a soul has a right to redemption through Christ. Further, Christians do not believe that animals have a soul -- and therefore, humans are the only "souls" on the planet. But throughout scripture, Jesus was shown to have compassion even on demons. Look at the story of the man possessed by legions of demons (Luke 8, I believe) -- When Jesus cast those demons out of the man, they begged him not to condemn them to hell and Jesus agreed, forcing them into a herd of pigs (sidenote: I would LOVE to see that! Can you imagine a thousand demon-possessed pigs? lol). Anyway, this is illustrated even better in the story of the resurrection of Christ. While not entirely Biblical (it's implied in various writings of the New Testament), Christian tradition states that during the three days Jesus lay in the grave, he actually entered into hell. While there, he took the keys of death, hell, and the grave from Satan. But what he also did was forgive the fallen angels - the demons - who asked him. These are the very angels who warred with Satan against God in a failed attempt to overthrow him. Jesus showed compassion on these souls. So to answer your question, I believe that, according to Christian theology and tradition, Angel could be forgiven of his sins. Clear as mud?

Who reckons that the dusting slowly got better as the show progressed but then after season three it went crap again? The best dust was when angel died in The Wish in season 3 and you could full see his bones and muscles just turn to ashes. Heaps good!
Also, how come the vampires turn to dust at different times after they've been staked? And when they touch direct sunlight, some get on fire straight away and are burning for ages before they dust, and some just smoke for a while. What the heck??

I guess we could theorize about the vamprs different ages and powers and say that that's what make them different, but really, it's just to look cool. If a vampire has a punchline or funny face they need to make, somehow they take a while to dust. After all, TV wants to make us gasp, laugh, cry, etcetc and to do that, they need to cheat.

I watched Rm w/a Vu yesterday, and this bothers me everytime: How DID the peanut butter get on Angel's bed? Sadly my answer isn't as funny as the others. Cordelia slept in Angel's bed alone, she probably eat something with peanut butter, and when Angel confronted her she tried to deny it to save face. It was all suppose to illustrate how bad a house guest Cordy was and to give Angel a good reason to want her gone quickly.

Awww! Dragonweaver just recks the fun!! Lol, I'm kidding, you sound heaps awsome. I have a question, How come Angelus's lips are paler and his eyes darker than Angel's? Obviously its just makeup to make him look yummier and more evil but I'm kinda aiming for a funny/Buffyverse related answer here. Anyone?

I figure that it's because he's filled with evil. His eyes seems darker and he looks more like death because he brings death.
