ah, it looked sooo good on my TV rather than my monitor they blanked out Carolina saying "ho's" which i thought was a little weird isn't the UK a little looser on language and nudity when it comes to TV, especially around 10 pm? i mean, we have Skins and Shameless, yet they see it fit to blank one word? Im so jeleous of you getting to watch in your TV lol. Yes we should be less strict. Maybe Sci Fi just dont want any complaints on a new show.

Yay! Just watched it. Finally. Feels like forever since I was jealous that the US were seeing it and we weren't! Anyway, I quite liked it. It was great seeing Eliza, and you can definately tell that it's Joss' show, I don't know why. The only thing was the storyline, seemed a little contrived, but it was still good. I'm thinking they probably get better as the episodes go on. Will definately watch next week. Got a couple of my friends to as well, by the way!

It seems to have been pretty popular on Sci Fi tonight. I was speaking to a few friends on non whedon sites and they were watching it. And yes the episodes keep getting better and better.
P.S. Is Tara back in season eight??

Seems to have done pretty good! I don't really know what sci-fi viewing figures are usually like but doing better than sky1 must be pretty good? It was nice to watch it on my TV!

If you check the US ratings thread, it did fairly well the first few nights, but it dropped off after Man on the Street (episode 6) when it began to get good. It's quite puzzling. I personally think it was for want of advertising, so the UK second premiere seems a good test whether lack of ads were the curse of Dollhouse's bad ratings in the second half.

I haven't seen many adverts for it here either though... I think I saw one, a couple of days ago when I was watching something else on Sci Fi. Which isn't that good really, they need to get adverts out to other channels for it to get noticed. Oh, the thing I was watching was Amber's 'Attack Of The Gryphon'! I was really pleased to finally see that on the TV guide, it was shown in the US ages ago! P.S. Is Tara back in season eight?? Haha, no, I wish she was. I just made it myself.

As for advertising. They advertised quite alot actually on Sci Fi. And they also advertised quite alot on Comedy 1 which is good also.
