Was there ever a firefly action figure? Yeah, in a way. Like dragonweaver said above, there were "Serenity" figures. I think they were Mal, Jayne and a Reaver. There are also River and Inara statues. A Zoe statue was announced, but then cancelled. I'd love to have an Echo figure, but it seems unlikely if there isn't a Season 2. There already is an action figure that was sent in the press kits before the series premiered. Very lame though:  i have one and it really isn't lame, the packageing anyway. it has a summary of the show and pictures too. and do you not under stand the concept of the doll? it is supposed to represent how she can be anyone, and the wood doll is supposed to represent her at a blank state. also the picture you have there is really in a bad position in the box. lol.  |

It's pretty obvious what the concept is, and I agree that the packaging is really cool, but you can go to some art store buy the same exact doll for .50 cents. If it was Eliza I'd change my tune, but it was failed effort on FOX's front, I think. |

i bought it off of ebay a while back for $25.00, if you are interested in getting one, my advise, just keep checking ebay. i actually saw one last week sell on there buy it now for 20.00 too. don't worry, one should come up. and for you hitnrun017, i understand what your saying. i thought the same thing b4 i bought mine but then once i got it it was so cool! even if the figures don't launch i atleast want to have some short of figure for dollhouse. lol.  btw hitnrun017, i like ur icon/banner! ;D |

I actually think that one is pretty cool PJ, I love the concept, but it's the packaging that gets me! Awesome.
It would be great if they would release a line, even just one - cos then customizers would have potentially good parts to make all sorts of dollhouse figures. I doubt it will happen though. Even with a second season. Yes it has a demo of Buffy/Angel/Firefly fans who BUY the lines, but I don't think thats enough to substantiate the costs of designing, creating, marketing a Dollhouse line.
How amazing it would be if the did though *dreams*

I would love an Echo figure.
But I would HATE if DST made it or if they used the Faith sculpt that already exists.
IMHO the DST figures were not very attractive.
I would love a figure of Echo in one of her more memorable outfits though!

I can't really see there being a whole lot of Dollhouse figures but I wouldn't mind having an Echo one.

Too bad.
I think it should though. Even if it isnt a big line of figures. Maybe just a one shot deal with DST. Id really love to pick up one of Echo(hopefully this time it would look more like Eliza compaired to the Faith figures), Ballard, Sierra, and Dr Saunders/Whisky.
