Pleae read and refer to these rules throughout the game! The first page of the game thread will also have these rules/notes, plus a list of players for your convienance!
Vampires, Werewolves and Scoobies
Everyone is on a 'team' by themselves. Each of you will be given an identity, a species. The 'species' left after all the killing wins and each player of that species will get points.
Only you (and well, me) will know what your species is. You may PM others to find out what they are, but be careful, because they could kill you.
For example, CBG is a scoobie and he PMs Wyndam, who is a vampire and CBG says, come be a scoobie. Wyndam can then either PM the mod (me, spikeluv13) and kill CBG off, or tell CBG to ensoul him and become a scoobie. See more on ensouling later.
All Killing, ensouling, caging, domesticating, etc PMs would be to me, spikeluv13, the mod of the game. All dice rolling will be done by me as well.
During the day: Vampires are vulnerable, Wolves are good and scoobies are in charge.
During the night: Vampires and wolves roam, scoobies vulnerable.
During the night, the vampires can kill off each other, wolves or scoobies. wolves can off each other, vampires, scoobies.
During the day, vampires are vulnerable and wolves and scoobies can kill off the vampires and scoobies can cage wolves, leaving them harmless that next night.
Each player can perform only one task per day/night. In other words, if a scoobie cages a wolf, they cannot also fight a vampire. 'task' includes killing, caging and turning/ensouling. Each player may only do one of these tasks per round where they are in charge (ie, night for wolves and vampires, day for scoobies.)
So basically:
scoobies can kill vampires, cage wolves
vampires can kill scoobies, wolves, themselves
wolves can kill scoobies, themselves, vampires
we play until only one species is left.
Special powers:
Through 'research' each scoobie can ask (once a round) about one player. The status of that player will be revealed to that scoobie alone.
Vampires may avoid attack by being 'human' and thus confusing the scoobies. It will be determined by roll of dice if the ruse works.
Wolves may act human during the day and thus confuse scoobies...in other words, they can pretend to be scoobies and get information. But only if
the scoobies agree to give it.
Scoobies can ensoul Vampires (yay for Spike!) and domesticate wolves (think Oz). BUT it will be determined by roll of dice if it works, unless the other player
wishes to switch sides. Then, it is an automatic working spell. If the other player has no knowledge, the dice must be rolled.
Vampires can turn scoobies and wolves (don't ask me how..they just can!) BUT the other player must agree to it.
Wolves can turn Vampires (again..don't ask) and Scoobies. BUT it can only be during the night.
Everything is done through PMs to me, besides your personal PMs to each other, if you choose to do so. Each player must PM me each round. You can even say, I choose to do nothing, but I MUST here from you! You will not win by hiding in the shadows. I will post on the thread the events: such as, a scoobie ensouled a vampire, or a wolf killed a scoobie! but I will not reveal names and statuses. Each round: day and night, will last 48 hours in real time. If I do not receive a PM from a player during 2 rounds, I will assume you are dead and you are out.

2) Cheating is not acceptable, anyone caught cheating...well, let's just say you don't want to cheat. Got it?!
3) This is the sign up sheet, if you wish to play or have any questions just say so below!
4) YOU HAVE TO PLAY IF YOU SIGN UP! if you have some sort of computer problem, etc. please just let me know asap. If you disappear for 2 rounds total throughout the game and don't let me know why, you forfeit your life! (sorry, but we have had problems with non-players) This also means you cannot win by staying so far under the radar, no one knows you are even playing!
