I don't watch too much TV, but I do have a tendency to get into shows that are doomed for cancellation.

Usually after they're already over.

Arrested Development, Dead Like Me. I liked Heroes for a while. 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation are good, too, in terms of shows that haven't gotten the ax. Also lots of Discovery Channel, and cartoons (Flapjack, Spongebob). XD
