Wow. Where is the confirmation that Summer is going to be on the show? Unless new info has come up, Whedon really just said in that interview he would love to have her on, never said that she was going to necessarily be on it.

I think right now it's still speculation, although several media outlets, like EW (http://ausiellofiles.ew.com/2009/05/ask-ausiello--3.html) have strongly hinted that it's going to happen. Nothing's finalized, but I'm still going to cross my fingers in hopes they get her on.

I'd like to see Seth Green, perhaps as a tech, Alexis Denisof, most likely as a bad guy of client and Amber Benson. I think she'd make a good doll. I like James Marsters, but I really can't see him on the show.

On Whedonesque, someone mentioned that a person on an IMDb board said he "heard" Alexis would be in a few episodes. Based on that, I'd say a big "hell no" on it being true.

It'd be awesome though. I hope Joss will drop some casting scoop at Comic Con, and that Alexis will be mentioned.

I would love to see Alyson Hannigan! Sadly I don't see it happening because shes on another show on another network, but this girl can still dream . She could play a client similar to the character she played on Veronica Mars and maybe throw in a touch of Willow asking for a lesbian lover (Echo) or something.

Amber Benson is another one I wouldn't mind seeing. I could see her as like the Mellie type character. Mellie's look really reminded me of Tara in a lot of ways. She looked like the average woman, which was a nice thing to see and is also why I loved Tara so much.

Nick Brendon. Hes just an actor that I feel deserves more work. He was so good as Xander, but hasn't gotten anything else really. I could see him playing a friend of Topher or maybe his brother. Xander and Topher are a lot a like, so I could totally see the brother angle.

Like a lot of you guys said, Stephanie Romanov would be amazing as Adelle's counterpart in another house or even the company brings her in to possibly get Adelle's job. Either way it would be amazing.

Jewel Staite would be cool as either an active or like the female version of Topher. She doesn't even have to be at another house, she could come in a help Topher out or something. I fell in love with her in Firefly and I would love to see her back on TV.

Good news for many of the previous posters!

Alyson Hannigan recently confirmed on her Twitter that Alexis IS going to appear in 4 episodes ('as of now') of Dollhouse!

She even said that he was shooting his first day (of Dollhouse) on August 5th!
