Nope, no Gwen. Got the issue yesterday, read it...and it sucks, just like the previous four issues. I didn't like it, I think the whole thing is stupid and pointless and it really should just be ignored. For issue #26, just carry on from either #17 or #23. This issue was just all over the place, didn't make any sense and just ended really....well, I don't want to pathetically, so I'll just go with stupidly. I don't like Aftermath, plain and simple. It was a terrible follow-up to After the Fall and I'm eager for the return of Lynch, Urru and Mooney to give us a decent Angel story

I have a big problem with this issue.
In season 4 of Angel we learn that the Powers that BE don't like to get involved with mortals, which is why Jasmine went rogue.
But in Aftermath we see the Powers killing people who might become criminals in the future.
But if they do this then they are no better then Jasmine is.

I'm usually all for respecting a writer's work, but this just needs to be retconned. It woud be so easy for this entire potentate/powers thing to be revealed as a trick. As uneven as the book was, I was able to enjoy the some of the plot (not the characters, unfortunately, because Armstrong doesn't make them seem as if they're themselves), but it doesn't work in the larger Buffyverse.
