Why don't you think she can give us more? She's hardly been developed as it is.

My problem with Nina was that she was brought in and introduced in the first issue only to be pushed to the side. A promise of a story for her that never got delivered. Kate played a more important role and she was only there for a small story in one issue of First Night.
You're right that she hasn't been developed much yet. My problem is that I haven't seen much to want to see more.

I would much rather see Nina be developed than Ann. Ann is hardly considered a recurring character. She doesn't have much onscreen development whatsoever. It's like she's a completely new character when you see her on Angel for the first time.

Anne had one of the most character development of any recurring character (off and on screen)

Anne had one of the most character development of any recurring character (off and on screen) I totally disagree. With Wesley, Angel, Spike, Buffy, Willow, Cordelia, Fred, Illyria, etc. in the game, Anne's "I change everytime you see me" arc definitely isn't among the best of Whedon's character development.

I can see where Thorn is coming from. Sure, compared to the main characters, Anne's development is nothing. But compared to other little recurring characters, her development is amazing. Where she started and where she ended up was a great thing to see. I wouldn't mind seeing her again, I like the character.

Thanks hitnrun017 You can’t put Anne in the same group with Angel, Wes, Cordy ect.. you was only in 5 eps and developed from The Sunset Club to a homeless drifter and then leader of the East Hills Teen Center... little recurring character with big character development.
