I haven't read the first page (heh), but I will say that I currently own an iPhone. I got it for Christmas as a gift a couple years ago. Yes, the first model. I still like it and haven't seen much to force me to upgrade to the new hardware [yet]. I think that 2010 will have a big upgrade so I am holding out for another year!
Before that phone, I had a Razr.

I have T-Mobile, and I get unlimited calls, texts, and internet access for about $120 a month. Don't know if you are looking for cheaper than that (my job pays my cell phone bill). I currently have the Samsung Behold (Touch Screen, Web-based e-mail, internet browser, MP3 player, 5.0 Megapixel Camera). I love the Behold, although I have now heard the the Behold 2 is coming using the Google Android OS, so it may be worth the wait.

I don't like me phone, but it was the most I could afford when I bought it. It's on a $29 plan a month with $120 worth of calls - with a carrier called '3'. It's so beat up now.. what it looked like when I got it. I'd love to get a new phone with a qwerty, I love the idea of an iphone but people I know who have them say they aren't as good as they're cracked up to be? Or maybe that was the older model, because my tech-guy friend just got a brand new iphone and he said it's the best 'some technical word'(to do with processor or something.. lol) on the market and available through retail at the moment, whereas the old iphone model wasn't. So... whats better than an iphone at a comparable price? I think I will be off my current contract soon so

I think I will be off my current contract soon so This may just be cause Apple practically owns my ass, but I absolutely adore my iPhone, and I only have the 3G. (The 3GS came out like a month after I got mine :/) But I really think its the best phone you can get. A lot of the other "touch screen" phones are weird, where you have like like physically push the screen and then it does this weird vibratie thing which is kinda annoying. The 3G network is fast and works really well and there are thousands of free or reasonably priced applications that are so helpful and cover pretty much any need you could ever have. Plus they're pretty.

To be fair, I hear you can turn that weird vibrate-y thing off I SO want an iPhone. Phil, you're making me want to wait another couple years to get the 2010 model after price reduction. But I've already had my Motorola KRZR for 3 years now. Sigh. Jellymoff, we're doing a family plan, and hopefully for under $120 But an alternative Android sounds interesting. I am a PC...

My phone is "fine". Functional. My fingers are tiny so the buttons aren't an issue.
It's just a regular old phone that loads slowly if I have too many texts. Also can't take pictures if I have texts stored. So.... yeah. It's a texting phone with no access to the internet or functional camera.

I have noticed all of this love for the Iphone (At&T has really really spotty reception in the Southeast US... so no thank you) but we need more Blackberry love around here. I have a red BlackBerry Curve 8330! I <3 my phone! I have verizon for service. Well I have it now since alltel got bought out. There are a few kinks in the change over still but Verizon is still far better than the other options.

Im in the UK. I get O2. I get unlimited calls and text messages for £15 a month, which is really good. My actual phone is a Samsung T303 I think. My mom got me a cheap one because I lost three of them in one year I think my brother has that phone in blue Renee. Its a really good phone.

I cannot stand my phone. It's a Hiptop Slide. I believe it's the Australian variation of the Sidekicks in America. Although, from what I've seen from the Sidekick range, the Sidekicks have a wider variety of models which are soo much better than the Hiptop. I'm nearing on two years with my Hiptop (eagerly awaiting the end of my contract) and I think I realised the sh*t factor it has a few months into getting it. The rest of it has been me counting down to the end of the contract. (which is this Christmas!!!!!) But to any Australian on here, seriously don't get this phone. If you slide up the screen too hard or drop it even gently or place it down slightly hard it restarts and when it turns back on all your messages are deleted. The network cuts in and out for me usually when I need it most. It has the WORST battery life. So yeah, I cannot stand my Sh*ttop. But I realllyyy want to get an iPhone when my contract finishes. I'm currently lugging around my Sh*ttop and an iPod Touch and it's so irritating. The iPod Touch is perfect except for the Wi-Fi dependency for internet access. And I just want to iPhone to eliminate the iPod Touch and Sh*ttop. Ramble over. Sorry about the babblefest. ;D

For some reason, my phone's gone loco. The battery died yesterday, so I put it on the charge and turned it on. When it came to the password screen, I put the password in, but it came up as incorrect password. No matter how many times I tried it, it wouldn't accept the password. Then, I put my SIM card into my girlfriend's phone and the password worked perfectly. Which is really strange that the password doesn't work on my phone, but it does on my girlfriend's. Hmmm...

LMFAO ALEXINESS!
You got a bad skslide!! I had one and they had a HUGE re-call because that shutting off business.. I loved my slide though personally..
Take the battery off and see if there's like black strips of like plastic covering something at the bottom.. that's how you know it was the re-deux of it.. because they just decided to put extra plastic haha.

I don't see any black strips. There's a shiny one, but I think that's for the actual battery usage.
