Yeah, the Red shirted Faith was waitlisted when I got on their to order it, so I had to settle for the white shirt one because I didn't want to miss out completely. I'm still trying to find the OMWF that isn't over 250USD as well. But so far, no luck there either. I'm just glad I got Glory before she became too expensive as well. Did you pre-order the white one and put yourself on the waitlist for the red shirt one? Because would have been very easy to cancel the white on in case you got the red one. I pre-ordered the red shirt one, cancelled, changed my mind and put myself on the waitlist for the red one, which got changed into a order. Then I cancelled again. Over at sideshow's forum I read all the time how people who are on the waitlist get the figures in the end, because people cancel their pre-orders.

^ Yeah, I did the waitlist, but I think I was so late doing it that I was so far down on the list that even with cancellations it would have been a while to get to me.
The waitlist order is still showing up on my order page too, which is funny. But I'm okay with the white shirted one for now. I'm just glad I got it before they were all gone too.
And I broke down and pre-ordered the red shirted Spike today. But I'm keeping my Cinequest order so I can get the free Ikon Spike with it. I may just keep them both or sell the white shirted one on ebay. Not sure yet.
So, did you get the Red shirt Faith, or no?

Nope. Not enough money at the time.
I'll pick up either version one day. The white shirt one might look a bit cooler, and since the ex will probably be waaaay too expensive in the future, I'll probably buy the white one, which looks like something Faith is more likely to wear anyway.

Yeah, I actually liked the white one better too, myself. But the word "Exclusive" is always tempting and inticing to me. So that is the only reason I wanted it. . . because not everyone would have one of them. But I'm happy with the white shirted one, in all honesty, because it looks like something she wore on a regular basis, like you said. I do remember her in a red tank top, but I remember her in white ones more often.

I'm just like you, unable to deny the temptation. If the white one had been the exclusive, I would definitely have gone for that one, and never looked back, because it would be rare and look the coolest. Instead I wanted the red/blue one too, since it was a exclusive, even tough it didn't look as good. Then I googled pictures until I found a promo shot from season 3 where she had a red top and blue jeans. I thought the exclusive seemed a lot more desirable after that. I kind of feel that it's wrong to buy the Spike exclusive, since he never wore a shirt that red (he had a maroon one if I'm not mistaken), but at least it isn't blue. There were talk about making a blue shirt one, but I'm so damn picky, I wouldn't have wanted it, since Spike had only worn a blue sweater once, in Beneath You, and he didn't have the coat on in that episode. Yes, I am that silly. I also wanted to puke over the regular Spike when I first saw it because the gray pants were too light. And then of course there were the too red shirt on the exclusive I moaned about. It takes a while for me to like new things. Then I can't wait to buy them.

Yep, that's me to a "T." I wasn't quite sure I liked the red shirt Spike at first either, but the "Excuslive" sold me on it. Even though the black shirt one is more him. And I do remember seeing Faith in the red tank, but I just remember her in the white one so much more, that that one just made more sense to get. But had the exclusive been available, I probably would have gotten that one as well.

i really wasn't a fan of the red shirt Faith with the blue jeans. It just didn't really seem to fit her in general. i also like how the White shirt one is similar to my MAC Faith too!

So broke my Tough Willow. Why couldn't it had been Dark Willow? Why God, WHY!!!!
Could have been worse tough. Could have OMWF Buffy. The most expensive tiki I have.
My OMWF Buffy box fell over her (I was going to but my tikis in storage) and she fell into my armchair. Her left hand broke off, and all her fingers on that hand, and one on her right. A part of the smokething that holds her left leg broke off too, so unless I can glue that back successfully, she won't be able stand up, ever. I seem to have to find all parts but one finger tough.
So maybe she will just have a few visible cracks and one missing finger when this is over. I excpected to lose one of two fingers one day anyway, since I heard it happens a lot to these tikis.

Oooooh Sky I'm so sorry your Tiki got damaged. I broke my essence of spike figure last time I moved house, his lighter snapped off an my friend sat holding it back on for hours so the superglue would set. It doesn't light up anymore though. I hope you manage to fix it

im sorry to hear that Sky. It stinks that a part of the smoke base came off, hopefully you can fix that...*sends good vibes* I remember when my EOD Buffy fell off my shelf her head came clean off. I was really upset, but i got some really good super glue and glued it back on. You can still see the scar, but it's better then having a headless Buffy.

My heart goes out to each of you.

That really does stink, Sky. I hate to hear that. I luckily didn't lose any of my tikis in the flood, but I did lose some other expensive figures, so I know your pain. I hope she glues back together decently.

I used one kind of glue for the smoke thing, and it didn't work well. She leans too much forward, so I might have to glue the statue to the smoke thing permanently. But it took too long to dry, so I need quick glue, because I can't stand and hold the fingers to the hand like that for minutes.

The tiki's would be awesome if the faces didn't suck. But it is very difficult to create stuff like this that look like them, so, props for trying!

I've never tried, not sure how they work. Any way, I've used two kinds of glue and even tough she leans way too much forward and that will have to be fixed one day, maybe by permanently glueing her into the smoke things, I've found all but two fingers and glues them back. Which is fine, because it looks like she's giving a British F U. I can make two fingers of clay and glue to her some day.
