ha! there's an 8 hr marathon on Mtv but 18 hr marathon on Logo!!...if it's during the weekend i will so be watching it on Logo!  |

I don't watch any of these channels, plus i have the dvds and i watch Buffy everyday anyways. but i guess its nice to see it on my schedule from now on.

I'm gald Buffy's making a return to TV. So all the people who missed this sensation the first time it was aired will finally have a chance to bask in its wonderfulness! And those same people will finally understand why I go on and on aout it |

That's awesome! I'll have to actually start watching MTV now.
edit- just read it. Looks like I will have to figure out if I even get Logo. Unless I can find a way to magically come home at 11am and not get in trouble at school.

If it's the last thing I do I WILL get my mom hooked on Buffy. I mean, I got her to watch Dollhouse! (Of course, she was raised on the original Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars, Star Trek, etc. so maybe that's just her lingering sci-fi childhood. BUT STILL!)

If they really wanted to cash in they'd show it later in the day. Most people(teenagers) in on the craze are at school at 11 am.

BUT STILL!) i think you can get her hooked on to it....I did!!....I just kept talking and talking to her about Buffy and finally she said "ok! I'll watch it with you!" and then by the episode "Angel" she started loving it because what kind of middle-aged mother doesn't love the whole 'tall, dark and handsome vampire'??...and then she saw Spike and totally loves him! haha...any who i think you have to be crazy, death and blind to not love Buffy. My mom too was raised on all the sci-fi shows that you mentioned so i think she'll love Buffy when you watch it together....it's also really great bonding. |

I'm really excited about this! Even though I have the DVDs, I'm really stoked to see it on tv again. It'll just be like old times, except it'll be on every day...and during the day. Still, it's exciting, and hopefully will hook some new viewers!

Any opportunity to expose more people to the Buffyverse is great. To be honest those are definitely not the two channels I would have chosen to air series on. I have never heard of Logo and I gave up on MTV long ago but on the bright side, this will be the first time MTV has had quality programming on since 1993.
