That's the intent, Greer . It's my hope that once we start making this a monthly affair, this thread will make it easier to actually reference the various sessions. Heck, it'll just make it easier for me to keep things straight.

ooh, i just thought of a great question! where can we start posting them? We're skipping this month, as #24 is not pencilled by Georges. Also, he's really busy, so I thought it would be nice to give him a breather from our questions. I'll be checking in with him at some point to confirm another session which should commence on the release date of #25. Be on the lookout for that. There'll be a separate thread for it, collecting questions. This is just a compilation thread, to serve as a directory. Keep your question, though! You can ask two at a time, so think up at least another.

Sorry about the delay, all, but Jeanty's been swamped (SDCC and all that jazz on top of actually pencilling issues). But I did find the link for this youtube video on his site, so enjoy. It's an interview with TFAW.com during SDCC '09.
Summary of things he says (only the ones that stood out to me):
1. He spends 30% longer on each issue of S8 than regular books; the time is spent on likenesses. 2. Other than Buffy, he likes drawing Faith, and feels at ease with drawing the male characters 3. He's learnt that less lines on the face of the female characters makes them look better, but the opposite is true in the men. 4. He would love to work with Landau on a Drusilla project, and that he and Landau have "geeked out" over the last couple of years. Apparently she's a fan of S8. 5. He would love to be involved in S9, but as of now, it's uncertain. I guess if Scott really wants to keep Jeanty (as indicated in the most recent Q&A), it won't be too hard to convince him to stay... 6. Currently working on issue #30 at the moment (at time of the interview, which was a couple of weeks ago).

So... found this posted over at Whedonesque, and I thought I'd share this since I believe that original content generated by any site should be shared amongst fans, and not hoarded. Anyway, this Q&A with Jeanty was conducted by Buffy Boards. Not much new there, and many of the questions have previously been asked by members here too. If anyone reading this is a member of BB, feel free to share our Q&As with them too. The original post of this thread is constantly being updated with links to our Q&As.

I had a couple of questions in that one, too. Unfortunately the questions were collected a long time ago, then the BB shut down for several weeks, and they just got around to sending the questions to Georges, so my questions were already dated by then. But, my question about Leah did get him to confirm she survived the battle, and that she's one of his favorites and he puts her in wherever he gets the chance. Couple of interesting points about Twilight in there, too.

Well, the preview for #32 confirms that Leah is still alive, at least up to that point. And yeah, I recognized your username, as well as your questions. Thing to note... currently, the links don't work, since they were tweaked to work for the previous domain. I could fix them all again, but I'm holding off temporarily since we're expecting to switch back soon.

Bah... you're right... somehow I managed to mix my two favorite ancillary Slayers together. Well, then, good to know that Leah's still alive.
