Well since I stopped reading a couple issues after After the Fall I would like to pick up on the series again (but I don't have the spare cash to spend on graphic novels) could someone fill me in on any important events that have happened since Angel returned from Hell-A?
I mainly stopped reading due to the lackluster art and story in Aftermath.
Some general questions:
Where is Lorne now?
Has Cordy shown up at all?
Who is currently part of team Angel?
Any Wesley or Fred tidbits?

Any Wesley or Fred tidbits? Lorne's status is unknown. We got a glimpse of him in Aftermath Part 1, which you saw, and that's pretty much it. There will be a special one-shot about him in March. Cordy made an appearance (out of character, so I'm willing to accept a retcon if anyone is willing to offer) in an issue of Aftermath. She came to give Angel the DL on why the angels were there. Team Angel is currently Angel (kidnapped), Connor, Spike, Gunn, Illyria, Betta George, Kate, Dez, and James. No mention of Wes or Fred. But really, pick the series back up. Probably start with #23, because that's when Lynch comes back. The Drusilla two-parter (#24-#25) wasn't very satisfying, but #26-#28 have been really good so far.
